AiVIF - Dragon Capital trở thành cổ đông lớn của FRT

Nhóm quỹ thuộc Dragon Capital thông báo trở thành cổ đông lớn của CTCP Bán lẻ Kỹ thuật số FPT (HOSE: HM:FRT) sau khi mua vào 300,000 cp FRT. Ngày thực hiện giao dịch là  09/11/2022.

Quỹ thực hiện mua vào 300,000 cp FRT là CTBC Vietnam Equity Fund. Sau giao dịch, tổng lượng sở hữu của nhóm quỹ Dragon Capital tại FRT tăng lên 6.2 triệu cp (tỷ lệ 5.23%) và trở thành cổ đông lớn của Công ty. Tạm tính theo giá đóng cửa phiên 09/11 là 74,800 đồng/cp, quỹ ngoại đã chi khoảng 22 tỷ đồng để gia tăng sở hữu.

Ở diễn biến khác, ngày 07/11 vừa qua, HĐQT FRT thông qua nghị quyết góp thêm 225 tỷ đồng vào CTCP Dược phẩm FPT (HM:FPT) Long Châu, tương ứng mua thêm 22.5 triệu cp với giá 10,000 đồng/cp. Nếu góp vốn thành công, FRT sẽ nâng sở hữu từ 85.07% lên 89.83% vốn điều lệ. Vốn điều lệ của Long Châu sẽ tăng lên 450 tỷ đồng. Bà Nguyễn Bạch Điệp - Chủ tịch HĐQT FRT - được ủy quyền thực hiện các thủ tục cần thiết cho việc góp vốn này.

Về tình hình kinh doanh, doanh thu quý 3 của FRT đạt 7.7 ngàn tỷ đồng, tăng 54% so với cùng kỳ; lãi ròng hơn 84 tỷ đồng, tăng 78%.

Lũy kế 9 tháng, doanh thu hơn 21.7 ngàn tỷ đồng - tăng 55%. Lãi trước, sau thuế và lãi ròng lần lượt đạt 369 tỷ đồng, 301 tỷ đồng và gần 296 tỷ đồng, đều gấp khoảng 2.7-2.8 lần cùng kỳ. Kết quả này tương ứng với hơn 80% kế hoạch doanh thu, nhưng mới chỉ thực hiện được hơn 51% mục tiêu lợi nhuận (trước thuế) năm.

Trên thị tường, giá cổ phiếu FRT giảm sàn về mức 64,200 đồng/cp (kết phiên 14/11), giảm 42% so với đỉnh thiết lập tháng 4/2022.
