AiVIF - Dragon Capital trở thành cổ đông lớn của PVS

Quỹ ngoại Dragon Capital báo cáo đã mua tổng cộng gần 1.4 triệu cp của Tổng CTCP Dịch vụ Kỹ thuật Dầu khí Việt Nam (HNX: HN:PVS) trong phiên 24/11/2022.

Cụ thể, 3 thành viên của Dragon Capital là CTBC Vietnam Equity Fund, Norges Bank và Samsung Vietnam Securities Master Investment Trust mua lần lượt 1 triệu cp, 300,000 cp và 100,000 cp. Tổng cộng, cả nhóm mua vào gần 1.4 triệu cp PVS.

Sau giao dịch, sở hữu của Dragon Capital tại PVS tăng từ 23.58 triệu cp (4.93%) lên mức 24.98 triệu cp (5.23%), chính thức trở thành cổ đông lớn tại đây.

Diễn biến giá cổ phiếu PVS từ đầu năm 2021 đến phiên 01/12/2022

Đóng cửa phiên 24/11, giá cổ phiếu PVS đạt 18,900 đồng/cp, giảm hơn 50% so với mức đỉnh 38,100 đồng/cp đầu tháng 3 năm nay. Chiếu theo mức giá này, ước tính quỹ ngoại có thể đã chi hơn 24 tỷ đồng để nâng sở hữu.

Kết quả kinh doanh qua các quý của PVS

Về hoạt động kinh doanh, quý 3/2022, PVS thu về hơn 192 tỷ đồng lợi nhuận ròng, giảm 13% so với cùng kỳ năm trước.

Công ty giải trình nguyên nhân lợi nhuận giảm do lãi trong công ty liên doanh, liên kết giảm. Bên cạnh đó, thu nhập khác giảm do quý 3 năm trước, Tổng Công ty thực hiện hoàn nhập dự phòng bảo hành của một số dự án đã hoàn thành nghĩa vụ bảo hành theo quy định hợp đồng với khách hàng.

Tính chung 9 tháng đầu năm 2022, Công ty đạt gần 11,082 tỷ đồng doanh thu thuần, tăng 15% so với cùng kỳ; trong khi lợi nhuận ròng đạt hơn 415 tỷ đồng, giảm 20%.

Năm 2022, PVS lên kế hoạch kinh doanh khá thận trọng khi dự kiến doanh thu hợp nhất ở mức 10,000 tỷ đồng, giảm 30% so với thực hiện 2021. Lãi sau thuế theo đó giảm 28%, còn 488 tỷ đồng.

So với kế hoạch này, Công ty thực hiện được 85% mục tiêu lợi nhuận sau 9 tháng.
