AiVIF - Dự án KCN 400 ha của SAM (HM:SAM) tại Đắk Nông được chấp thuận chủ trương đầu tư

Ngày 17/11, Phó Thủ tướng Chính phủ Lê Văn Thành đã ký Quyết định chấp thuận chủ trương đầu tư Dự án đầu tư xây dựng và kinh doanh kết cấu hạ tầng khu công nghiệp (KCN) Nhân Cơ 2, tỉnh Đắk Nông.

Cùng với việc chấp thuận chủ trương đầu tư, Chính phủ đồng thời chấp thuận nhà đầu tư dự án đầu tư xây dựng và kinh doanh kết cấu hạ tầng KCN Nhân Cơ 2. CTCP Capella Quảng Nam là nhà đầu tư được chấp thuận tại dự án.

Dự án này có quy mô 400ha, thực hiện tại xã Nhân Cơ (Đắk R’lấp). Trong đó, có 3 tuyến dây điện (1 tuyến 22kV và 2 tuyến 220kV) và hành lang an toàn lưới điện được giữ nguyên hiện trạng. Dự án có thời hạn 50 năm kể từ ngày chấp thuận chủ trương đầu tư dự án.

Chính phủ giao UBND tỉnh Đắk Nông chỉ đạo các đơn vị liên quan tính toán lại tổng vốn đầu tư của dự án theo quy mô (400ha), bảo đảm các chi phí thực hiện dự án, phù hợp với quy định của pháp luật.

Trong thời gian không quá 5 năm kể từ ngày được Nhà nước giao đất, UBND tỉnh Đắk Nông chỉ đạo đơn vị chuyên môn xây dựng phương án phân kỳ đầu tư hợp lý để bảo đảm phù hợp với các chỉ tiêu đất đã được giao.

Tỉnh Đắk Nông phải bảo đảm vị trí, quy mô diện tích của dự án phù hợp với chủ trương đầu tư dự án được phê duyệt. Đắk Nông tổ chức xây dựng và thực hiện phương án thu hồi đất, bố trí tái định cư, chuyển mục đích sử dụng đất… phù hợp theo quy định.

Chính phủ giao Bộ Kế hoạch và Đầu tư chịu trách nhiệm về nội dung báo cáo kết quả thẩm định chủ trương đầu tư dự án và thực hiện trách nhiệm quản lý Nhà nước trong việc theo dõi, chỉ đạo các KCN hoạt động đúng quy định của pháp luật.

Về nhà đầu tư của dự án, CTCP Capella Quảng Nam là công ty con của CTCP SAM HOLDINGS (HOSE: SAM) do SAM sở hữu 92.86% vốn tại ngày 30/09/2022. Capella Quảng Nam được thành lập ngày 22/12/2015 do ông Trần Ngọc Anh là người đại diện pháp luật.

Tại thời điểm cuối tháng 9/2022, SAM ghi nhận chi phí xây dựng dở dang hơn 427 triệu đồng đối với dự án KCN Nhân Cơ 2.
