Vietstock - Eximbank đặt kế hoạch lãi trước thuế 5,000 tỷ đồng trong năm 2023 

HĐQT Ngân hàng TMCP Xuất nhập khẩu Việt Nam (Eximbank, HOSE: HM:EIB) vừa công bố kế hoạch kinh doanh năm 2023 (sẽ trình ĐHĐCĐ) với lợi nhuận trước thuế đạt 3,500 tỷ đồng trong năm 2022 và 5,000 tỷ đồng trong năm 2023.

Trong năm 2023, HĐQT Eximbank đặt mục tiêu thu về 5,000 tỷ đồng lợi nhuận trước thuế, tương ứng mức tăng 43% so với kết quả dự kiến 3,500 tỷ đồng cho năm 2022.

Mục tiêu đến cuối năm 2023, tổng tài sản Eximbank đạt 210,000 tỷ đồng (tăng 14%), dư nợ tín dụng đạt 146,600 tỷ đồng (tăng 14%), huy động vốn đạt 165,000 tỷ đồng (tăng 12%) và tỷ lệ nợ xấu nội bảng dưới 1.6% so với mức 1.7% năm nay.

Eximbank dự kiến họp ĐHĐCĐ bất thường vào ngày 16/01/2023 tới đây để bầu bổ sung thành viên HĐQT thay thế các nhân sự đã từ nhiệm.

Kế hoạch bầu bổ sung thành viên HĐQT được công bố sau khi 2 thành viên HĐQT của Eximbank có đơn từ nhiệm vào ngày 24/10/2022.

Cụ thể, bà Lê Hồng Anh - Thành viên HĐQT và ông Đào Phong Trúc Đại - Thành viên HĐQT độc lập đã có đơn từ nhiệm khỏi HĐQT Eximbank vì lý do cá nhân.

Bà Lê Hồng Anh và ông Đào Phong Trúc Đại được bầu vào HĐQT nhiệm kỳ 2020-2025 của Eximbank tại cuộc họp ĐHĐCĐ thường niên ngày 15/02/2022. Hai nhân sự này đại diện cho nhóm cổ đông của Tập đoàn Thành Công.

Diễn biến giá cổ phiếu EIB từ đầu năm đến nay

Trên thị trường, giá cổ phiếu EIB liên tục leo dốc, tạo đỉnh vào cuối tháng 10 và sau đó "thả dốc không phanh". Thị giá cổ phiếu EIB kết phiên 02/12 ở mức 21,500 đồng/cp, hồi phục 11% so với đáy gần nhất 18,050 đồng/cp (21/11).

Song song đó, cổ phiếu EIB còn được chú ý với các phiên giao dịch thỏa thuận khủng. 

Từ đầu tháng 11 đến nay, cổ phiếu EIB cũng được giao dịch thỏa thuận nhiều phiên với khối lượng bình quân 5-6 triệu cp/phiên. Tính từ đầu tháng 11 đến phiên 02/12, đã có gần 127 triệu cp EIB được sang tay với tổng giá trị gần 2,830 tỷ đồng, tương đương giá bình quân 22,286 đồng/cp.

Tính riêng 2 phiên 01 và 02/12 cũng có hơn 2.6 triệu cp và 1 triệu cp EIB được sang tay mỗi ngày.
