Được biết cổ phiếu ROS đã bị hủy niêm yết từ ngày 5/9/2022 do vi phạm nghiêm trọng nghĩa vụ công bố thông tin. HĐQT CTCP Xây dựng FLC Faros (HM:ROS) vừa thông qua nghị quyết về việc thay đổi ban lãnh đạo cấp cao.

Theo đó, ông Trịnh Văn Đại thôi giữ chức vụ chức vụ Phó Tổng Giám đốc; ông Lê Tuấn Hùng thôi giữ chức vụ người phụ trách quản trị công ty nhưng tiếp tục làm Phó Tổng Giám đốc.

HĐQT ROS cũng đồng thời bổ nhiệm ông Trần Thế Anh từ chức vụ Phó Tổng Giám đốc thành Phó Tổng Giám đốc thường trực; cựu Chủ tịch HĐQT Nguyễn Bình Phương giữ chức Phó Tổng Giám đốc kiêm người phụ trách quản trị công ty.

Trước đó, ngày 2/11, FLC (HM:FLC) Faros đã tổ chức thành công đại hội đồng cổ đông để bầu ra các thành viên HĐQT và ban kiểm soát mới sau khi một loạt nhân sự lãnh đạo doanh nghiệp từ nhiệm.

Cụ thể, các cổ đông FLC Faros đã thống nhất bầu bổ sung ông Lê Tiến Dũng và ông Nguyễn Công Lãi đảm nhiệm vai trò thành viên HĐQT thay thế các cá nhân đã từ nhiệm trước đó. Đồng thời, HĐQT FLC Faros cũng đã họp và thống nhất bầu ông Lê Tiến Dũng làm chủ tịch HĐQT nhiệm kỳ 2021-2026.

Hiện, FLC Faros đã có đủ cơ sở để triển khai các lộ trình pháp lý như đã công bố trước đó bao gồm việc thay đổi người đại diện theo pháp luật cũng như lựa chọn đơn vị kiểm toán để công bố các báo cáo tài chính theo quy định. Như vậy, ROS có thể chuẩn bị được giao dịch lại sau khi thực hiện công bố thông tin đầy đủ theo luật định.

Trước đó, ROS đã bị hủy niêm yết từ ngày 5/9 do vi phạm nghiêm trọng nghĩa vụ công bố thông tin.

Hồi tháng 4/2022, Chủ tịch FLC Faros Trần Kiều Dung bị bắt tạm giam vì liên quan đến vụ án thao túng thị trường chứng khoán xảy ra tại Tập đoàn FLC và Công ty Chứng khoán BOS.

Sau đó, Phó Tổng Giám đốc FLC Faros Nguyễn Thiện Phú cũng bị bắt tạm giam để phục vụ điều tra vụ án lừa đảo chiếm đoạt tài sản xảy ra tại FLC Faros và các công ty liên quan.
