FPT Retail (FRT) giảm 15% sau 3 phiên, Dragon Capital lỗ 3,1 tỷ đồng ngay khi vừa ngồi ghế "nóng"?

Hôm nay (14/11), FRT nằm sàn tại mức 64.200 đồng/cp, tức mất 10.600 đồng/cp so với  thị giá chốt phiên diễn ra giao dịch làm thay đổi sở hữu của Dragon Capital. Quỹ CTBC Vietnam Equity Fund thuộcDragon Capital thông  báo đã mua vào 300.000 cổ phiếu FRT của CTCP Bán lẻ Kỹ thuật số FPT - FPT (HM:FPT) Retail (HOSE: HM:FRT) vào ngày 9/11 vừa  qua. 

Sau giao dịch tổng tỷ lệ sở hữu của cả nhóm Dragon Capital tại FRT được nâng từ từ 4,98% lên 5,23% vốn điều lệ. Theo đó, Dragon Capital đã  trở thành cổ đông lớn của FPT Retail.

Đáng chú ý, FRT đã ghi nhận 3 phiên giảm liên tiếp trong đó có tới 2 phiên giảm sàn ngay sau khi phát sinh giao dịch trở thành cổ đông lớn. PHiên hôm nay (14/11), FRT  nằm sàn tại mức 64.200 đồng/cp, tức giảm 15% so với  thị giá chốt phiên diễn ra giao dịch. Như vậy, ước tính, nhóm quỹ này tạm lỗ hơn 3,1 tỷ đồng cho khoản mua 300.000 cổ FRT ngày 9/11.

Thông tin liên quan tới FPT Retail, mới đây, Công ty ty vừa thông qua Quyết định góp thêm vốn vào Công ty con – CTCP Dược phẩm FPT Long Châu.

Theo đó, FRT dự kiến góp thêm 225 tỷ đồng vào Dược phẩm FPT Long Châu, tương ứng mua thêm 22,5 triệu cổ phiếu với giá 10.000 đồng/cp.

Sau góp vốn, FPT Retail sẽ nâng sở hữu tại Long Châu từ 85,07% lên 89,83% vốn điều lệ. Vốn điều lệ của CTCP Dược phẩm FPT Long Châu đạt450 tỷ đồng.

Về tình hình kinh doanh, 9 tháng đầu năm 2022, FRT ghi nhận doanh thu đạt 21.708 tỷ đồng, tăng 55% so với cùng kỳ, tương ứng 80% kế hoạch năm 2022. Lợi nhuận trước thuế đạt 369 tỷ đồng, gấp 2,7 lần cùng kỳ, hoàn thành 51% kế hoạch năm.

Trong đó, doanh thu chuỗi Long Châu đạt 6.562 tỷ đồng, tăng gấp 2,6 lần so với cùng kỳ năm 2021; doanh thu online đạt 3.958 tỷ đồng, tăng trưởng 39% và chiếm 18% tổng doanh thu hợp nhất.
