Việt Nam lại sắp nhận tin vui về dòng vốn từ Đài Loan, khi quỹ Fubon FTSE Vietnam ETF sắp huy động 4,000 tỷ đồng để rót vào thị trường Việt.

Theo ông Huỳnh Minh Tuấn, sáng lập Công ty cổ phần FIDT, ngày 23/11, quỹ Đài Loan Fubon FTSE Vietnam ETF đã được Ủy ban Quản lý và Giám sát Tài chính thông qua đợt huy động vốn bổ sung lần thứ 4 với số vốn 5 tỷ TWD, tương đương khoảng 4,000 tỷ đồng. Theo thông báo mới nhất, quỹ sẽ tiến hành gọi vốn từ ngày 29/11.

Tại cuối phiên 28/11, giá trị tài sản ròng của Fubon ETF đạt hơn 17.9 tỷ TWD (tương đương 573 triệu USD), trong đó danh mục cổ phiếu chiếm 99.2%.

Những khoản đầu tư lớn nhất danh mục bao gồm VIC (HM:VIC) (13.2%), VNM (HM:VNM) (12.02%%), MSN (HM:MSN) (10.69%), VHM (HM:VHM) (10.48%)…Theo sau lần lượt là HPG (HM:HPG), VRE (HM:VRE), VCB (HM:VCB), SSI (HM:SSI), VJC (HM:VJC), NVL (HM:NVL),...

Nếu huy động thành công, thị trường chứng khoán Việt Nam lại đón nhận thêm nguồn vốn dồi dào từ khối ngoại. Tính từ đầu tháng 11/2022 đến nay, nhà đầu tư nước ngoài đã rót ròng hơn 12 ngàn tỷ đồng vào thị trường tại đất nước hình chữ S.

Fubon FTSE Vietnam - công ty trực thuộc tập đoàn tài chính Fubon Financial Holdings - đã bắt đầu rót vốn vào thị trường Việt Nam từ tháng 3/2021. Đây là quỹ ETF bám sát theo chỉ số FTSE Vietnam 30 Index, tập trung vào những cổ phiếu có vốn hóa lớn trên Sở giao dịch chứng khoán Tp.HCM (HOSE). Tại thời điểm bắt đầu rót vốn, ông Yang Yining – nhà quản lý quỹ Fubon FTSE Vietnam Index – chỉ ra rằng thị trường Việt Nam giờ trông như Đài Loan của thập niên 80. Với việc đầu tư vào quỹ, nhà đầu tư có thể hưởng lợi từ đà phát triển kinh tế của đất nước hình chữ S, ông Yining cho biết.
