Tính tới 30/9/2022, Tập đoàn Gelex (GEX (HM:GEX)) đang sở hữu 239,97 triệu cổ phiếu GEE, theo đó, ước tính Gelex sẽ nhận tổng cổ tức lên tới 239,97 tỷ đồng. CTCP Điện lực Gelex - Gelex Electric (UPCoM: GEE) vừa thông qua kế tạm ứng cổ tức cho cổ đông. Theo đó ngày 8/12 tới đây, GEE sẽ chốt danh sách tạm ứng cổ tức đợt 1/2022 bằng tiền.

Tỷ lệ thực hiện 10%, tương ứng cổ đông sở hữu 1 cổ phiếu sẽ nhận 1.000 đồng. Với 300 triệu cổ phiếu đang lưu hành, ước tính Gelex Electric sẽ tạm ứng tổng cộng 300 tỷ đồng cho cổ đông trong lần tạm ứng này. Thời gian thanh toán dự kiến 28/12/2022.

Tính tới 30/9/2022, Tập đoàn Gelex (GEX) đang sở hữu 79,99% vốn điều lệ tại Gelex Electric, tương ứng khoảng 239,97 triệu cổ phiếu GEE. Như vậy, ước tính Gelex sẽ nhận tổng cổ tức lên tới 239,97 tỷ đồng.

Trước đó, ngày 8/6/2022, Gelex Electric đã chốt danh sách trả cổ tức đợt 2/2021 với tỷ lệ 6%, tương ứng cổ đông sở hữu 1 cổ phiếu sẽ nhận 600 đồng và thời gian thanh toán là ngày 28/6/2022.

Về tình hình kinh dọn, 9 tháng đầu năm 2022, GEE ghi nhận doanh thu đạt 12.790,51 tỷ đồng, giảm 3,7% so với cùng kỳ và lợi nhuận sau thuế tăng 15,7% đạt 537,06 tỷ đồng.

Năm 2022, Gelex Electric đặt kế hoạch doanh thu 19.110 tỷ đồng, lợi nhuận trước thuế 2.000 tỷ đồng, lần lượt tăng 2,1% và 144,5% so với thực hiện trong năm 2021. Theo đó, Công ty mới hoàn thành 33,2% kế chỉ tiêu nhuận năm.
