Tháng 11 vừa qua, Cadivi (CAV (HM:CAV)) đã tạm ứng cổ tức đợt 1/2022 bằng tiền tỷ lệ 20%, theo đó, Gelex Electric (GEE) nhận về xấp xỉ 110 tỷ đồng. Hôm nay (ngày 9/12), CTCP Dây cáp điện Việt Nam - Cadivi (HOSE: CAV) thông báo nhận được hồ sơ đăng ký chào mua công khai cổ phiếu của cổ đông lớn là Gelex Electric (GEE) , thành viên Tập đoàn Gelex (GEX (HM:GEX)).

Gelex Electric đang là cổ đông lớn duy nhất tại Cadivi với lượng nắm giữ 55,4 triệu cổ phần tương ứng tỷ lệ sở hữu 96,4%. Với giá chào mua là 55.000 đồng/cp, Gelex Electric ước tính cần chi khoảng 115,5 tỷ đồng để mua hết 2,1 triệu cổ phiếu còn lại; qua đó nâng sở hữu tại Cadivi lên 100%. Hiện trên thị trường, CAV cũng đang giao dịch ở mức giá tương ứng.

Nếu Gelex Electric chào mua thành công số cổ phiếu CAV nói trên, Cadivi nhiều khả năng sẽ không còn là công ty đại chúng, chuyển đổi hình thức pháp lý sang công ty trách nhiệm hữu hạn một thành viên hay không còn niêm yết cổ phiếu trên sàn

Về kết quả hoạt động kinh doanh, luỹ kế 9 tháng, doanh thu Cadivi đạt 8.654 tỷ đồng, tăng 16% so với cùng kỳ; lãi trước thuế đạt hơn 342 tỷ đồng, tăng 33% so với cùng kỳ và hoàn thành 65% kế hoạch đề ra cho cả năm.

Tháng 11 vừa qua, Cadivi đã tạm ứng cổ tức đợt 1/2022 bằng tiền với tỷ lệ 20%, theo đó, Gelex Electric nhận về xấp xỉ 110 tỷ đồng, ngang ngửa số tiền dự kiến chi ra cho thương vụ mua thêm lượng cổ phiếu CAV còn đang tự do chuyển nhượng.
