Từ ngày 19/5 - 25/7, Gelex (GEX (HM:GEX)) đã mua lại 1.627,2 tỷ đồng trái phiếu trước hạn. Công ty liên quan là Chứng khoán VIX cũng đã mua lại 500 tỷ đồng trái phiếu trước hạn từ ngày 10/6 đến 4/10. HĐQT CTCP Tập đoàn Gelex (HOSE: GEX) vừa thông qua kế hoạch mua lại tổng cộng 277,7 tỷ đồng trái phiếu trước hạn. Cụ thể, Công ty dự kiến mua lại 777 trái phiếu mệnh giá 100 triệu đồng/trái phiếu, tương ứng 77,7 tỷ đồng, mã trái phiếu TP.GEX.2020.01 Thời gian dự kiến mua từ ngày 9/12/2022 cho đến khi hết dư nợ trái phiếu.

Được biết, trái phiếu mã TP.GEX.2020.01 với mệnh giá phát hành là 300 tỷ đồng, còn lại đang lưu hành là 77,7 tỷ đồng. Trong đó, trái phiếu phát hành ngày 13/5/2020 và đáo hạn ngày 13/5/2023, lãi suất cố định 9,5%/năm.

Đồng thời, Gelex sẽ mua lại 200 tỷ đồng trái phiếu trước hạn mã GEXH2124002, thời gian dự kiến thực hiện vào ngày 23/12/2022.

Trái phiếu mã GEXH2124002 phát hành ngày 23/12/2021 và đáo hạn ngày 23/12/2024, lãi suất cố định 8,5%/năm. Lô trái phiếu mã GEXH2124002 được phát hành với tổng mệnh giá 1.000 tỷ đồng, đang lưu hành 1.000 tỷ đồng. Như vậy, nếu mua thành công, lô trái phiếu mã GEXH2124002 sẽ còn lại 800 tỷ đồng.

Trước đó, từ ngày 19/5 - 25/7, Gelex cũng đã mua lại 1.627,2 tỷ đồng trái phiếu trước hạn. Công ty liên quan là Chứng khoán VIX  cũng đã mua lại 500 tỷ đồng trái phiếu trước hạn từ ngày 10/6 đến 4/10.

Việc GEX, VIX tích cực mua lại trái phiếu trước hạn diễn ra trong bối cảnh chung các doanh nghiệp đẩy mạnh hoạt động mua lại sau những sai phạm liên quan đến trái phiếu của Tân Hoàng MInh.

Theo Báo cáo của Hiệp hội Thị trường trái phiếu Việt Nam (VBMA), trong 3 quý đầu năm 2022, tổng giá trị mua lại trái phiếu trước hạn lên đến 133.702 tỷ đồng. 

Luỹ kế đến hết tháng 10, các doanh nghiệp đã mua lại 147.484 tỷ đồng trái phiếu trước hạn, tăng mua lại thêm 13.782 tỷ đồng trong tháng 10

Ở chiều ngược lại, hoạt động phát hành trái phiếu có phần dè dặt, nhỏ giọt. trong tháng vừa qua (10/2022), Công ty TNHH Khai thác chế biến khoáng sản Núi Pháo là doanh nghiệp duy nhất phát hành  (lô trái phiếu mệnh giá 210 tỷ đồng).

Thông tin liên quan, từ ngày 21/10 - 16/11, bà Nguyễn Liên Hương, con gái ông Nguyễn Hoa Cương, Chủ tịch HĐQT vừa mua vào 1 triệu cổ phiếu GEX để nâng sở hữu từ 654 cổ phiếu lên 1.000.654 cổ phiếu, tương ứng 0,12% vốn điều lệ.
