Trong bối cảnh giá cổ phiếu giảm hơn 35% trong nửa đầu tháng 11, CTCP Thế Giới Số (HOSE: HM:DGW) đã có thông tin cập nhật đến nhà đầu tư về tình hình kinh doanh hiện tại.

DGW cho rằng việc giá cổ phiếu giảm mạnh trong thời gian qua đến từ ảnh hưởng chung của thị trường chứng khoán. Công ty khẳng định hoạt động kinh doanh và tình hình tài chính của Công ty vẫn bình thường.

Diễn biến giá cổ phiếu DGW từ đầu tháng 10/2022 đến nay

Về tình hình kinh doanh, DGW cho biết đang tích cực làm việc với tất cả nhãn hãng như Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL), Xiaomi, HP (NYSE:HPQ), Dell, Acer, Asus,… để kích cầu cũng như tăng nguồn cung phục vụ thị trường. Tuy nhiên, do nhu cầu giảm và iPhone 14 về trễ do ảnh hưởng của việc lockdown tại Trung Quốc nên doanh thu của Công ty đã bị ảnh hưởng.

Cụ thể, theo BCTC riêng (chưa tính các công ty con), trong tháng 10, DGW đạt doanh thu 1,555 tỷ đồng và lợi nhuận sau thuế 66 tỷ đồng. Lũy kế 10 tháng năm 2022, doanh thu và lợi nhuận sau thuế của Công ty vẫn tăng trưởng lần lượt 24% và 39% so với cùng kỳ, đạt 19,343 tỷ đồng và 608 tỷ đồng.

Về việc sở hữu cổ phiếu của Ban lãnh đạo, DGW cho biết HĐQT hiện tại gồm 5 người, trong đó có 2 thành viên độc lập không sở hữu cổ phiếu, 3 thành viên còn lại sở hữu cổ phiếu thông qua các công ty TNHH do cá nhân làm chủ.

Theo đó, cổ phiếu trong các công ty này là cổ phiếu chưa lưu ký, không thể mua bán trên sàn giao dịch chứng khoán. Qua đây, Ban lãnh đạo DGW cam kết với nhà đầu tư rằng Ban lãnh đạo sẽ không bao giờ bán cổ phiếu DGW. Tổng số lượng cổ phiếu các công ty đang nắm giữ là hơn 74.2 triệu cp, tương đương 45% vốn của DGW.

Ngày 07/11 vừa qua, HĐQT DGW đã thông qua nghị quyết về phương án phát hành cổ phiếu theo chương trình lựa chọn cho người lao động (ESOP). Theo đó, Công ty dự kiến phát hành 4 triệu cp thưởng cho người lao động theo danh sách do HĐQT quyết định với giá bán 10,000 đồng/cp. Thời gian thực hiện dự kiến vào quý 4/2022 và 1/2023.

Tại thông báo gửi đến nhà đầu tư, DGW cho biết cổ phiếu ESOP sẽ bị hạn chế chuyển nhượng 1 năm. Thời gian hết hạn chế của đợt phát hành gần nhất là tháng 4/2023.
