Ngày 18/11, HĐQT CTCP Đầu tư Nam Long (HOSE: NLG) đã thông qua chủ trương mua lại cổ phiếu NLG để làm cổ phiếu quỹ.

Tổng giá trị thương vụ mua lại cổ phiếu này sẽ không vượt quá 1,000 tỷ đồng. Số tiền được trích từ nguồn lợi nhuận chưa phân phối của Công ty.

Sau thông tin công bố từ Công ty, giá cổ phiếu NLG tiếp tục tăng trần vào đầu phiên 21/11. Nếu giữ được kết quả này đến cuối phiên, đây sẽ là phiên tăng trần thứ 4 liên tiếp của NLG. Theo đó, giá cổ phiếu NLG tăng gần 31% so với cuối phiên 15/11, về lại mức 23,050 đồng/cp.

Diễn biến giá cổ phiếu NLG từ đầu tháng 11/2022 đến nay

Trước khi công bố kế hoạch mua lại cổ phiếu quỹ, nhiều lãnh đạo NLG đã có động thái đăng ký mua thêm cổ phiếu. Cụ thể, Chủ tịch NLG - ông Nguyễn Xuân Quang cùng 2 con trai là ông Nguyễn Nam và Nguyễn Hiệp đã đăng ký mua vào tổng cộng 4.4 triệu cp trong thời gian từ 18/11-17/12.

Cùng thời gian, Tổng Giám đốc NLG - ông Trần Xuân Ngọc và Công ty TNHH Đầu tư Tân Hiệp, công ty có liên quan đến ông Quang, lần lượt đăng ký mua vào 250,000 cp và 500,000 cp.

Nguyên nhân đăng ký mua cổ phiếu của gia đình Chủ tịch NLG và các bên liên quan là do chưa mua đủ số cổ phiếu đã đăng ký trong đợt giao dịch từ ngày 14/10-11/11.
