AiVIF - Giá dầu châu Á tăng hơn 3% trong phiên sáng 3/10

Giá dầu đã tăng hơn 3% trong phiên giao dịch sáng 3/10 trên thị trường châu Á trong bối cảnh Tổ chức các Nước Xuất khẩu Dầu mỏ (OPEC) và các nước đồng minh, hay còn gọi là OPEC+, cân nhắc cắt giảm sản lượng lên tới 1 triệu thùng/ngày tại cuộc họp trong tuần này để hỗ trợ thị trường.

Khoảng 6 giờ 37 phút sáng ngày 3/10 theo giờ Việt Nam, giá dầu Brent Biển Bắc tăng 2,82 USD (3,3%) lên 87,96 USD/thùng sau khi giảm 0,6% trong phiên 30/9.

Giá dầu thô ngọt nhẹ của Mỹ tăng 2,60 USD (3,3%) lên 82,09 USD/thùng, sau khi giảm 2,1% trong phiên trước đó.

Giá dầu đã giảm trong bốn tháng liên tiếp kể từ tháng /2022 trong bối cảnh các biện pháp phong tỏa nhằm ngăn chặn dịch COVID-19 lây lan tại nước tiêu thụ năng lượng hàng đầu Trung Quốc đã làm ảnh hưởng đến nhu cầu, trong khi lãi suất và đồng USD tăng gây sức ép lên các thị trường tài chính.

Hãng tin Reuters dẫn các nguồn tin OPEC+ cho hay để hỗ trợ giá dầu, OPEC+ đang xem xét cắt giảm sản lượng từ 500.000 - 1 triệu thùng dầu/ngày trước thềm cuộc họp diễn ra vào ngày 5/10 tới. Nếu điều này xảy ra, đây sẽ làm tháng thứ hai liên tiếp tổ chức này tiến hành cắt giảm sản lượng, sau khi cắt giảm khoảng 100.000 thùng/ngày trong tháng trước.

Trong một lưu ý, các nhà phân tích của ngân hàng ANZ cho hay việc cắt giảm sản lượng dưới 500.000 thùng dầu/ngày sẽ chưa đủ để tác động thị trường, do đó có khả năng OPEC+ sẽ cắt giảm sản lượng đáng kể lên tới 1 triệu thùng/ngày.
