Công ty TNHH Dịch vụ Tài chính SBI (SBIFS) đã mua hơn 1.7 triệu cp của CTCP Chứng khoán FPT (HOSE: HM:FTS) trên tổng số 1.95 triệu cp đăng ký.

Ngày 06/12/2022, SBIFS công bố đăng ký mua 1.95 triệu cp FTS nhằm mục đích đầu tư. Từ ngày 09/12/2022-06/01/2023, cổ đông Nhật Bản này đã mua hơn 1.7 triệu cp, tương ứng hơn 88% số lượng cổ phiếu đăng ký. Phương thức thực hiện là giao dịch khớp lệnh. Nguyên nhân giao dịch không thực hiện được hết do giá thị trường không như kỳ vọng.

Sau giao dịch, tỷ lệ sở hữu của SBIFS tại FTS tăng lên 24.39%, ứng với hơn 47.5 triệu cp.

Trước đó, từ 10/11-05/12/2022, SBIFS đã thành công mua vào toàn bộ 1.94 triệu cp FTS đăng ký.

Tình hình kinh doanh FTS nhìn chung kém khả quan trong năm 2022. Doanh thu quý 3/2022 đạt hơn 54 tỷ đồng, giảm 87.5% so với cùng kỳ năm trước. Lỗ ròng 60 tỷ đồng, cùng kỳ năm trước Công ty báo lãi gần 300 tỷ đồng.

Tình hình kinh doanh FTS từ năm 2021

Thanh khoản thị trường giảm mạnh trong quý 3/2022 so với cùng kỳ khiến doanh thu hoạt động môi giới của FTS giảm mạnh. Ngoài ra, việc áp dụng chính sách giảm phí môi giới trong năm 2022 cũng làm giảm doanh thu. Doanh thu môi giới quý 3/2022 là 76.4 tỷ đồng, giảm 50% so cùng kỳ là 153.7 tỷ đồng.

Lũy kế 9 tháng đầu năm 2022, doanh thu FTS đạt gần 633 tỷ đồng, giảm 38% so với cùng kỳ. Lợi nhuận sau thuế đạt 227.8 tỷ đồng, giảm 66%.

Trong năm 2022, FTS đứng vị trí thứ 9 (3.21%) trong số 10 CTCK có thị phần môi giới cổ phiếu niêm yết lớn nhất HOSE.

Giá cổ phiếu FTS kết phiên 10/01/2023 ở mức 19,000 đồng/cp, giảm gần 60% so với đầu năm 2022.
