AiVIF - Giao dịch quỹ đầu tư “dậy sóng”

Tuần qua (03-07/10/2022), các quỹ đầu tư thực hiện một loạt giao dịch để cơ cấu danh mục đầu tư sau thời gian “yên ắng”.

Trong đó, giao dịch phần lớn đến từ quỹ ngoại Dragon Capital với lực bán chiếm ưu thế. Cụ thể, quỹ ngoại này đã không còn là cổ đông lớn của FPT (HM:FPT) và HAH sau khi lần lượt bán 700,000 cp FPT (CTCP FPT) trong phiên 03/10 và 600,000 cp HAH (CTCP Vận tải và Xếp dỡ Hải An) trong phiên 04/10.

Sau giao dịch, Dragon Capital còn sở hữu gần 54 triệu cp FPT (tỷ lệ 4.98%) và 3.1 triệu cp HAH (tỷ lệ 4.53%).

Trong bối cảnh tiêu cực của thị trường chung, thị giá cổ phiếu FPT cũng lao dốc từ giữa tháng 8. Kết phiên giao dịch ngày 07/10, cổ phiếu này có giá 74,000 đồng/cp, giảm gần 23% so với mức đỉnh lịch sử 96,290 đồng vào giữa tháng 4/2022. Còn cổ phiếu HAH hiện giao dịch quanh vùng đáy 1 năm với 38,650 đồng/cp vào cuối phiên 07/10. So với mức đỉnh 90,000 đồng/cp hồi đầu tháng 6, thị giá cổ phiếu này đã giảm hơn 57%.

Cùng chiều bán, quỹ ngoại Dragon Capital giảm tỷ lệ sở hữu tại NLG (HM:NLG) (CTCP Đầu tư Nam Long) về còn 6%, tương đương gần 23 triệu cp sau khi bán 145,000 cp trong phiên 04/10.

Ở chiều ngược lại, Dragon Capital mua 500,000 cp HDG (CTCP Tập đoàn Hà Đô (HM:HDG)) trong phiên 05/10, nâng tỷ lệ sở hữu tại đây lên mức 8.04%, tương đương 19.7 triệu cp.

Diễn biến giá cổ phiếu HDG từ đầu năm 2021 đến phiên 07/10/2022

Động thái mua của Dragon Capital diễn ra trong bối cảnh giá cổ phiếu HDG đang trên đà trở về đáy như hồi giữa tháng 5/2022. Sau hơn 3 tháng kể từ phiên tạo đáy (16/05), giá cổ phiếu HDG đã hồi phục 74%. Tuy nhiên, kể từ khi bước sang tháng 9, giá cổ phiếu này lại lao dốc 40%, về mức gần đáy tháng 5/2022 là 32,700 đồng/cp.
