Giao dịch quỹ đầu tư có phần lắng dịu trong tuần này (07-11/11/2022) khi chỉ có 2 quỹ đầu tư báo cáo kết quả giao dịch.

Cụ thể, Dragon Capital báo cáo đã bán gần 2.1 triệu cp KBC (Tổng Công ty Phát triển Đô thị Kinh Bắc (HM:KBC)) trong phiên 04/11, giảm sở hữu xuống còn gần 37 triệu cp, chiếm 4.76% vốn. Với tỷ lệ sở hữu này, quỹ ngoại chính thức rời ghế cổ đông lớn của KBC.

Trước đó, trong phiên 12/10, Dragon Capital mua vào hơn 5.5 triệu cp KBC, tăng tỷ lệ sở hữu lên 8.43%, tương đương gần 65 triệu cp. Tuy nhiên, từ phiên 19/10, Dragon Capital bắt đầu hành trình thoái vốn tại đây với tổng khối lượng bán ra gần 12 triệu cp.

Diễn biến giá cổ phiếu KBC từ đầu năm 2021 đến phiên 11/11/2022

Dragon Capital thoái vốn khỏi KBC trong bối cảnh giá cổ phiếu lao dốc và chưa tìm được đáy.

Ở chiều ngược lại, VOF Investment Limited thuộc VinaCapital, thông báo đã mua thỏa thuận thành công 10 triệu cp KDH của CTCP Đầu tư và Kinh doanh Nhà Khang Điền (HM:KDH) trong khoảng thời gian từ 31/10-08/11/2022.

Trước giao dịch, VOF Investment Limited không sở hữu bất kỳ cổ phiếu KDH nào. Do đó, với số cổ phiếu mua được, tỷ lệ sở hữu của quỹ này tại KDH là 1.41%.

Việc VinaCapital gom thêm cổ phiếu KDH diễn ra trong bối cảnh các cổ phiếu trên thị trường nói chung và cổ phiếu KDH nói riêng đang có đợt giảm giá mạnh.
