Giao dịch quỹ đầu tư vẫn tấp nập (28/11-02/12/2022) với tâm điểm là lực bán của quỹ ngoại Dragon Capital.

Trong phiên 30/11, Dragon Capital đã bán ra toàn bộ hơn 36.2 triệu cp HPX (CTCP Đầu tư Hải Phát), chiếm 11.91% vốn tại đây, chính thức không còn là cổ đông của HPX.

Số lượng cổ phiếu nhóm Dragon Capital bán ra nói trên cũng đúng bằng số lượng mà nhà đầu tư nước ngoài đã bán khớp lệnh mã HPX trong phiên 30/11. Tổng lượng cổ phiếu khớp lệnh trong ngày đạt hơn 165 triệu đơn vị, tương đương hơn 54% số cổ phiếu HPX đang lưu hành trên thị trường. 

Động thái thoái sạch vốn của Dragon Capital diễn ra trong bối cảnh giá cổ phiếu HPX quay đầu tăng trần sau 13 phiên liên tiếp nằm sàn (11-29/11/2022). Kết phiên 30/11, thị giá HPX tăng trần lên mức 9,100 đồng/cp, tạm tính theo mức giá này, quỹ ngoại có thể đã thu về gần 330 tỷ đồng.

Cùng chiều bán, Dragon Capital bán hơn 1 triệu cp DGC (HM:DGC) (CTCP Tập đoàn Hóa chất Đức Giang) trong phiên 28/11, qua đó hạ tỷ lệ sở hữu xuống 4.89% và không còn là cổ đông lớn tại đây. Đợt bán này diễn ra trong bối cảnh giá cổ phiếu DGC tăng trần 6.94% lên 53,900 đồng/cp.

Thông tin trên nối tiếp các giao dịch bán gấp rút của Dragon Capital thời gian gần đây. Trong 5 phiên qua, nhóm này đã bán hơn 8.5 triệu cp DGC giữa lúc giá cổ phiếu trên đà hồi phục.

Trước đó, quỹ ngoại này vừa mua gần 1 triệu cp DGC vào ngày 15/11/2022, qua đó cho thấy những động thái giao dịch ngắn hạn của Dragon Capital.

Ở chiều ngược lại, Dragon Capital cũng đã mua 3.7 triệu cp KBC (Tổng Công ty Phát triển Đô thị Kinh Bắc (HM:KBC)) và 5.2 triệu cp GEX (HM:GEX) (CTCP Tập đoàn GELEX) trong phiên 29/11.

Ngoài KBC và GEX, quỹ ngoại Dragon Capital cũng mua vào một vài cổ phiếu khác như VHC, FRT (HM:FRT), DCM (HM:DCM) với khối lượng vài trăm nghìn.

Động thái gia tăng sở hữu của quỹ ngoại diễn ra trong bối cảnh các cổ phiếu đã giảm giá mạnh so với hồi đầu năm nay.
