Thời gian thực hiện là trong năm 2022 và 2023. Ngân hàng TMCP Phát triển TP HCM (HDBank (HM:HDB), mã chứng khoán: HDB) vừa công bố nghị quyết của HĐQT về việc tăng vốn điều lệ ngân hàng thông qua việc phát hành cổ phiếu cho người lao động (ESOP).

Cụ thể, ngân hàng dự kiến phát hành 20 triệu cổ phiếu ESOP với giá 10.000 đồng/cổ phiếu. Thời gian thực hiện là trong năm 2022 và 2023. Cổ phiếu được hạn chế chuyển nhượng trong vòng một năm kể từ ngày hoàn thành đợt phát hành.

Được biết, sau khi phát hành, vốn điều lệ ngân hàng được tăng thêm 200 tỷ đồng lên 25.503 tỷ đồng. Số tiền thu được từ đợt phát hành sẽ được sử dụng để bổ sung vốn cho các hoạt động chung của ngân hàng.

Trước đó, ngân hàng cũng đã thông báo sẽ phát hành hơn 503 triệu cổ phiếu trả cổ tức năm 2021, tỷ lệ 25% tức cổ đông sở hữu 100 cổ phiếu được nhận 25 cổ phiếu phát hành thêm. Nguồn vốn để phát hành từ lợi nhuận sau thuế chưa phân phối năm 2021.
