Được biết, quy mô dự án gồm sân golf 36 lỗ, khách sạn 5 sao, trung tâm hội nghị, resort với tổng diện tích sử dụng đất hơn 150 ha. UBND tỉnh Hòa Bình vừa có ý kiến đồng ý chủ trương chấm dứt hoạt động của dự án Quần thể Du lịch, Nghỉ dưỡng và Sân golf Yên Thủy tại xã Hữu Lợi và thị trấn Hàng Trạm, huyện Yên Thủy do CTCP Tập đoàn FLC (HM:FLC) làm nhà đầu tư.

UBND tỉnh giao Sở Kế hoạch và Đầu tư thực hiện thủ tục chấm dứt hoạt động của dự án đầu tư theo quy định hiện hành.

Được biết, quy mô dự án gồm sân golf 36 lỗ, khách sạn 5 sao, trung tâm hội nghị, resort. Tổng diện tích sử dụng đất của dự án hơn 150 ha. Tổng vốn đầu tư của dự án hơn 2.883 tỷ đồng trong đó vốn tự có của nhà đầu tư là 438,5 tỷ đồng (chiếm 15,2%), phần còn lại hơn 2.444 tỷ là vốn vay ngân hàng.

Được biết hồi tháng 3/2022, UBND tỉnh Hòa Bình đã có quyết định chấp thuận chủ trương đầu tư dự án nói trên.

Theo tìm hiểu, tiến độ thực hiện dự án được phê duyệt đến hết tháng 7/2022 hoàn thành các thủ tục pháp lý; đầu tư xây dựng các hạng mục công trình từ tháng 8/2022; đến tháng 8/2024 hoàn thành đầu tư hạng mục khách sạn, resort, trung tâm hội nghị; đến tháng 8/2026 hoàn thành đầu tư hạng mục sân golf và công trình phụ trợ.

Về tình hình triển khai thực hiện dự án, hiện nhà đầu tư vẫn chưa triển khai các thủ tục chuyển nhượng quyền sử dụng đất, đăng ký biến động đất đai, các thủ tục pháp lý theo quy định.

Ở một diễn biến khác, tháng 6 vừa qua, tỉnh Hòa Bình đã có công văn về việc dừng xem xét việc nghiên cứu, khảo sát, lập thủ tục đầu tư đối với 4 đề xuất dự án của Tập đoàn FLC gồm:

- Khu du lịch nghỉ dưỡng, đô thị sinh thái, thể thao và vui chơi giải trí Yên Thủy với diện tích sử dụng đất khoảng 704,8 ha tại xã Hữu Lợi và thị trấn Hàng Trạm, huyện Yên Thủy;

- Khu trung tâm đa chức năng Quỳnh Lâm, TP. Hòa Bình với diện tích đề xuất khoảng 19 ha tại phường Quỳnh Lâm;

- Khu đô thị, du lịch nghỉ dưỡng sinh thái Tòng Đậu với diện tích sử dụng đất khoảng 118 ha tại xã Tòng Đậu, huyện Mai Châu;

- Khu du lịch nghỉ dưỡng, đô thị sinh thái, thể thao và vui chơi giải trí Thung Nai với diện tích sử dụng khoảng 981,1 ha tại xã Thung Nai, huyện Cao Phong và xã Suối Hoa, huyện Tân Lạc.
