Nguồn tiền thanh toán là từ khoản nợ của HAGL Agrico (HNG) (hiện đã thỏa thuận lộ trình trả nợ 3 bên) và thanh lý một số tài sản không sinh lợi của HAG. CTCP Hoàng Anh Gia Lai (HOSE: HM:HAG) vừa công bố thông tin bất thường về tình hình thanh toán gốc, lãi với lô trái phiếu có mã HAGLBOND16.26.

Cụ thể, lô trái phiếu HAGLBOND16.26 có số tiền lãi phải thanh toán hơn 140,3 tỷ đồng và số tiền gốc phải thanh toán là 881 tỷ đồng, có ngày thanh toán theo lịch trả nợ là 30/12/2022. Tổng số tiền lãi và gốc trái phiếu cần thanh toán hơn 1.021 tỷ đồng.

Như vậy, tổng số tiền gốc và lãi tới hạn thanh toán là 1.021,3 tỷ đồng nhưng Hoàng Anh Gia Lai chưa thanh toán được và lùi hạn thanh toán dự kiến sang quý 2/2023 với lý do nguồn tiền thanh toán là từ khoản nợ của CTCP Nông nghiệp Quốc tế Hoàng Anh Gia Lai (HOSE: HM:HNG) (hiện đã thỏa thuận lộ trình trả nợ 3 bên) và thanh lý một số tài sản không sinh lợi của Tập đoàn.

Trước đó, trong thông cáo phát đi đầu tháng 10, HAG cho biết Công ty có 2 khoản trái phiếu gồm dư nợ 5.271 tỷ đồng, phát hành ngày 30/12/2016 và đáo hạn ngày 30/12/2026; dư nợ 300 tỷ đồng, phát hành ngày 18/6/2012 và đáo hạn ngày 30/9/2023.

Tạm dừng phiên sáng 3/1, cổ phiếu HAG tăng 2,6% lên mức 9.400 đồng/cp.
