Sau NVL (HM:NVL) và PDR (HM:PDR), đến lượt CTCP Đầu tư Hải Phát (HOSE: HPX) được giải cứu trong phiên sáng 30/11. Tuy nhiên, nếu xét về tỷ lệ cổ phiếu sang tay, HPX nổi bật hơn khi có hơn 40% vốn tại công ty này đã được giao dịch chỉ trong 1 tiếng đồng hồ.

Tiếp nối hiệu ứng giải cứu ở cổ phiếu của các công ty bất động sản, cổ phiếu HPX cũng xuất hiện cầu bắt đáy mạnh mẽ ngay từ đầu phiên 30/11.

Chỉ trong 1 tiếng đầu phiên, HPX đã có hơn 122 triệu cp khớp lệnh. Xét trên 304 triệu cp đang lưu hành của HPX, thì con số này tương đương hơn 40% vốn cổ phần của Công ty. Vậy ai là người đã bán ra quyết liệt như vậy?

Nhìn vào cơ cấu cổ đông lớn cập nhật tại ngày 30/06/2022, Chủ tịch Đỗ Quý Hải nắm giữ 40.04% (tương đương gần 122 triệu cp) và những người liên quan nắm thêm 10.61%. Như vậy, họ đã nắm hơn 50% công ty tại thời điểm cuối tháng 6.

Trước đó, cũng có những thông tin Chủ tịch Đỗ Quý Hải và gia đình bị bán giải chấp cổ phiếu HPX.

 

Khối ngoại cũng xả mạnh cổ phiếu HPX. Vào lúc 10h20, khối ngoại đã bán ròng hơn 17 triệu cp HPX.
