Đóng cửa phiên 4/11, Hoa Sen (HSG) giảm sàn về mức 11.100 đồng/cp, tương ứng mất hơn 71% thị giá chỉ sau 1 năm. Ông Đinh Viết Duy, thành viên HĐQT CTCP Tập đoàn Hoa Sen (HOSE: HM:HSG) vừa đăng ký bán 50.000 cổ phiếu từ ngày 9/11 đến 8/12. Nếu giao dịch thành công, tỷ lệ sở hữu của ông Duy tại HSG sẽ giảm  từ 0,02% về 0,01% vốn điều lệ.

Cùng chiều, Phó Tổng Giám đốc Trần Quốc Phẩm đăng ký bán 400.000 cổ phiếu để giảm sở hữu từ 0,12% về còn 0,06% vốn điều lệ từ ngày 7/11 đến 2/12.

Trước đó, từ ngày 17/10 đến 18/10, ông Bùi Thanh Tâm, Phụ trách Quản trị công ty cũng bán ra 200.000 cổ phiếu để giảm sở hữu từ 0,11% về chỉ còn 0,08% vốn điều lệ.

Về tình hình kinh doanh, quý 4/2022 niên độ tài chính 2021 - 2022, HSG thu về 7.939 tỷ đồng doanh thu, giảm 50% so với cùng kỳ năm trước. Việc kinh doanh dưới giá vốn (8.170 tỷ đồng) khiến tập đoàn lỗ gộp hơn 230 tỷ đồng trong quý vừa qua.

Trong kỳ, HSG ghi nhận doanh thu tài chính giảm 35 tỷ đồng so với cùng kỳ năm 2021. Các khoản chi phí hoạt động như chi phí lãi vay, chi phí bán hàng và quản lý doanh nghiệp cũng được tiết giảm so với cùng kỳ 111,5 tỷ - 662 tỷ - 104 tỷ song Tập đoàn của Chủ tịch HĐQT Lê Phước Vũ vẫn lỗ ròng gần 900 tỷ, đây cũng là quý đầu tập đoàn này báo lỗ kể từ mức lỗ 102 tỷ đồng trong quý 4/2018 (từ 1/7 - 30/9/2018). Thông tin có liên quan, từ ngày 23/6 đến 24/6, Công ty TNHH Tập đoàn Đầu tư Hoa Sen, tổ chức liên quan của ông Lê Phước Vũ cũng bán ra toàn bộ 17.749.301 cổ phiếu HSG để giảm sở hữu từ 3,6% về còn 0% vốn điều lệ. Như vậy, sau giao dịch, Công ty của ông Vũ không còn sở hữu cổ phiếu HSG.
