Việc hủy thầu là do tất cả các hồ sơ dự thầu không đáp ứng được yêu cầu hồ sơ mời thầu thi công xây dựng và lắp đặt thiết bị công trình nhà ga hành khách sân bay Long Thành với tổng vốn đầu tư hơn 35.000 tỷ đồng.

Ngày 18/12, nguồn tin riêng của Tiền Phong cho biết, Tổng công ty Cảng hàng không Việt Nam (ACV (HN:ACV)) đã có quyết định hủy đấu thầu đối với gói thầu 5.10 “Thi công xây dựng và lắp đặt thiết bị công trình nhà ga hành khách” thuộc dự án thành phần 3 - các công trình thiết yếu cảng hàng không thuộc dự án đầu tư xây dựng Cảng hàng không quốc tế Long Thành giai đoạn 1.

Thi công mặt bằng sân bay Long Thành

Theo ACV, việc hủy thầu là do tất cả các hồ sơ dự thầu không đáp ứng được yêu cầu hồ sơ mời thầu. Sau khi huỷ, ACV sẽ tổ chức đấu thầu lại đối với gói thầu này. Thời gian dự kiến để thực hiện việc đấu thầu lại sẽ mất ít nhất 45 ngày.

Gói thầu số 5.10 có thời gian thực hiện hợp đồng là 990 ngày (33 tháng), bao gồm cả ngày nghỉ cuối tuần, nghỉ lễ, nghỉ Tết theo quy định của pháp luật Việt Nam kể từ ngày hợp đồng có hiệu lực.

Tổng mức đầu tư của gói thầu này là hơn 35.000 tỷ đồng. Đây là gói thầu có giá trị lớn nhất trong các gói thầu của công trình nhà ga hành khách sân bay Long Thành giai đoạn 1.

Tháng 10/2022, khi ACV tổ chức mời thầu, gần 10 nhà thầu đến từ Đức, Nhật Bản, Hàn Quốc, Trung Quốc, Việt Nam đã tham dự. Tuy nhiên, đến thời điểm đóng thầu (ngày 8/11/2022) chỉ có một nhà thầu nộp hồ sơ dự thầu. Chính vì vậy, gói thầu sau đó đã được gia hạn thời gian nhận hồ sơ mời thầu đến ngày 23/11/2022.
