Mới đây, GEG (HM:GEG) đã thông qua việc ngưng phương án phát hành hơn 30,3 triệu cổ phiếu giá 14.000 đồng/cp để đảm bảo lợi ích cho cổ đông. Ngày 16/12, HĐQT CTCP Điện Gia Lai (GEG) đã thông qua nghị quyết về việc giải thể Công ty TNHH MTV Xây lắp và Cơ điện Gia Lai (GCC), công ty con do GEG sở hữu 100% vốn.

Công ty TNHH MTV Xây lắp và Cơ điện Gia Lai được thành lập ngày 30/8/2011, vốn điều lệ 17 tỷ đồng, hoạt động chủ yếu trong lĩnh vực xây dựng công trình thủy điện vừa nhỏ; sản xuất bê tông, sản phẩm từ xi măng, thạch cao.

Trước đó, ngày 7/12, HĐQT GEG cũng duyệt giải thể công ty con là Công ty TNHH MTV Điện mặt trời Phong Điền - công ty con của GEG.

Công ty TNHH MTV Điện mặt trời Phong Điền được thành lập năm 2019, có vốn điều lệ 120 tỷ đồng, hoạt động chính trong mảng sản xuất điện.

Cùng ngày, GEG cũng thông qua việc ngưng phương án phát hành hơn 30,3 triệu cổ phiếu giá 14.000 đồng/cp cho cổ đông hiện hữu. Lý do là để đảm bảo lợi ích cho cổ đông.

Ở diễn biến khác, Tổ chức Tài chính Quốc tế IFC đã chuyển nhượng toàn bộ 44,2 triệu cổ phiếu (13,74%) đang nắm giữ tại Điện Gia Lai trong phiên 7/12 vừa qua. Sau giao dịch, IFC không còn là cổ đông của doanh nghiệp điện. Đơn vị nhận chuyển nhượng là một cổ đông lớn khác của GEG có tên AVH Pte. Ltd. Cùng ngày, tổ chức này còn nhận chuyển nhượng thêm hơn 1,9 triệu cổ phiếu từ bà Trần Tiểu Phụng. Sau giao dịch, tỷ lệ sở hữu của AVH tại Điện Gia Lai đã tăng lên 35,1% tương ứng nắm giữ xấp xỉ 113 triệu cổ phiếu.
