Sudico (SJS (HM:SJS)) đã thay đổi thời gian trả cổ tức năm 2016 lần thứ 8 và cổ tức năm 2017 lần thứ 4. CTCP Đầu tư Phát triển Đô thị và Khu công nghiệp Sông Đà - Sudico (HOSE: SJS) vừa thông báo thay đổi thời gian chi trả cổ tức năm 2016 từ 30/12/2022 sang 30/6/2023; và thời gian thanh toán cổ tức năm 2017 từ 30/12/2022 sang 30/6/2023.

Như vậy, thời gian thanh toán cổ tức năm 2016 và 2017 sẽ trễ 6 tháng so với thông báo trước đó.

Trước đó, Sudico đã thông báo thay đổi thời gian trả cổ tức năm 2016 lần thứ 7 sang ngày 30/12/2022 và thay đổi thời gian trả cổ tức năm 2017 lần thứ 3 sang ngày 30/12/2022.

Như vậy, tổng cộng Sudico đã thay đổi thời gian trả cổ tức năm 2016 lần thứ 8 và cổ tức năm 2017 lần thứ 4 và vẫn chưa chắc sẽ có tiếp tục dời thời gian trả cổ tức.

Được biết, HOSE đã có công văn nhắc nhở nghiêm túc thực hiện trả cổ tức cho cổ đông ngày 22/4/2019.

Theo kế hoạch ban đầu, công ty dự kiến trả cổ tức bằng tiền năm 2016 và 2017 đều với tỷ lệ 10%. Tuy nhiên, thực tế khi tới thời điểm cuối năm, công ty liên tục lùi thời gian và hứa hẹn với nhà đầu tư sang năm tiếp theo sẽ chia cổ tức cho cổ đông.

Với 155 triệu cổ phiếu đang lưu hành, ước tính SJS cần chi tổng cộng 310 tỷ đồng cho 2 đợt cổ tức. Cổ phiếu SJS trong năm nay cũng ghi nhận sự sụt giảm mạnh. Hiện, SJS được giao dịch quanh mức 49.900 đồng/cp, tức đã mất hơn 45% thị giá so với hồi tháng 3/2022.

Về tình hình kinh doanh, quý 3/2022, Sudico ghi nhận doanh thu đạt 130,6 tỷ đồng; lợi nhuận sau thuế đạt 2,84 tỷ đồng, giảm lần lượt 29,3% và 85,6% so với cùng kỳ năm trước.

Lũy kế 9 tháng đầu năm, Sudico mang về 368,03 tỷ đồng doanh thu và 22,85 tỷ đồng lợi nhuận sau thuế, giảm lần lượt 30,1% và 65,6% so với cùng kỳ. Theo đó, Công ty mới thực hiện 18,2% chỉ tiêu lợi nhuận năm.
