Đóng cửa phiên 20/12, cổ phiếu Kido (KDC (HM:KDC)) tăng nhẹ 0,3% lên mức 62.000 đồng/cp. Ngày 20/12, CTCP Tập đoàn Kido (HOSE: KDC) đã tổ chức thành công ĐHĐCĐ bất thường để thông qua kế hoạch chia cổ tức đặc biệt và bán cổ phiếu quỹ.

Theo đó, KDC sẽ chia cổ tức đặc biệt cho cổ đông với tỷ lệ 50%. Tổng số tiền dự kiến công ty phải chi ra cho đợt trả cổ tức này là hơn 1.336 tỷ đồng, từ nguồn lợi nhuận sau thuế chưa phân phối tính đến cuối tháng 6/2022 là 1.781 tỷ đồng đồng thời Kido trình cổ đông phương án bán ra toàn bộ 22,5 triệu cổ phiếu quỹ đang nắm giữ. Ngay sau đó, doanh nghiệp sẽ thực hiện mua lại 10 triệu cổ phiếu để giảm vốn điều lệ tương ứng.

Nếu mua lại thành công, vốn điều lệ của KDC sẽ giảm xuống còn 2.697 tỷ đồng. Trong đó, số lượng cổ phiếu lưu hành là 269,7 triệu cổ phiếu và số lượng cổ phiếu quỹ bằng 0.

Ông Trần Lệ Nguyên, Tổng Giám đốc KIDO tiết lộ, đối tác mua cổ phiếu quỹ là một tập đoàn đa quốc gia lớn, có chiến lược gắn bó lâu dài chứ không phải một quỹ đầu tư tài chính đơn thuần. Đây là cơ hội để doanh nghiệp nâng tầm quốc tế, đưa các sản phẩm ra thị trường thế giới cũng như bổ sung các mặt hàng của đối tác vào hệ thống bán lẻ hiện có của KDC, tối ưu hóa lợi nhuận.

Vị lãnh đạo này chia sẻ, trong năm 2023, cho biết Kido sẽ tập trung vào 4 mảng chiến lược là dầu ăn, kem, bánh kẹo và nước chấm. Công ty cũng liên kết với các tập đoàn đa quốc gia ở những lĩnh vực thế mạnh riêng, để đối tác có thể xâm nhập thị trường trong nước và ngược lại cũng đẩy mạnh xuất khẩu sản phẩm ra thị trường quốc tế.
