Trên thị trường, cổ phiếu Kido (KDC (HM:KDC)) đang được giao dịch quanh mức 61.400 đồng/cp, tức đã tăng 16% so với hồi đầu năm. Ban lãnh đạo CTCP Tập đoàn Kido (HOSE: KDC) thông báo muốn mua lại 10 triệu cổ phiếu KDC trong năm 2023 vì nhận thấy “giá cổ phiếu chưa phản ánh đúng giá trị thực và tiềm năng tăng trưởng của Công ty”.

Cụ thể, trong tờ trình ĐHĐCĐ bất thường năm 2022, HĐQT Kido đã đưa ra phương án mua lại 10 triệu cổ phiếu KDC, tương đương 3,57% lượng cổ phiếu đang lưu hành. Giao dịch này sẽ được thực hiện qua khớp lệnh hoặc thỏa thuận.

Thời gian thực hiện dự kiến trong năm 2023, sau khi Công ty bán toàn bộ lượng cổ phiếu quỹ đang nắm giữ và UBCKNN thông báo đã nhận được đầy đủ tài liệu. Được biết, KDC vẫn đang nắm hơn 22,5 triệu cổ phiếu quỹ.Nếu mua lại thành công, vốn điều lệ của KDC sẽ giảm xuống còn 2.697 tỷ đồng.

Bên cạnh đó, KDC muốn chia cổ tức đặc biệt bằng tiền mặt với tỷ lệ 50%, tức mỗi cổ phiếu được nhận 5.000 đồng. Với hơn 257 triệu cổ phiếu đang lưu hành, ước tính Kido sẽ chi 1,285 tỷ đồng cho đợt cổ tức này. Trước đó, KDC đã chi trả cổ tức bằng tiền mặt tỷ lệ 6% cho năm 2022 vào tháng 8.

Về tình hình kinh doanh 9 tháng đầu năm, KDC ghi nhận tổng doanh thu đạt gần 9.600 tỷ và lợi nhuận sau thuế đạt 369 tỷ đồng.
