Lô trái phiếu KBCH2123002 là trái phiếu phát hành riêng lẻ với tài sản bảo đảm gần 71 triệu cổ phiếu phổ thông của Kinh Bắc (HM:KBC) và sẽ đáo hạn vào ngày 3/6/2023. Tổng CTCP Phát triển Đô thị (HN:UDJ) Kinh Bắc (HOSE: KBC) báo cáo ngày 24/11, trái chủ của KBC đã thông qua việc bổ sung tài sản bảo đảm cho trái phiếu KBCH2123002 của Công ty.

Theo đó, trái chủ đồng ý với việc bổ sung tài sản bảo đảm là 1,1 triệu cổ phiếu phổ thông của CTCP Khu công nghiệp Sài Gòn – Bắc Giang.

Đồng thời, KBC phải đảm bảo tổng giá trị của tài sản bảo đảm bằng cổ phiếu KBC và tài sản bảo đảm là tiền mặt/hợp đồng tiền gửi/chứng chỉ tiền gửi tối thiểu bằng 60% giá trị tài sản bảo đảm tối thiểu (ứng với 160% tổng giá trị mệnh giá trái phiếu đang lưu hành).

Việc bổ sung tài sản bảo đảm như trên không gây ảnh hưởng đến khả năng trả nợ gốc, lãi trái phiếu đã phát hành, KBC cho biết.

Lô trái phiếu KBCH2123002 được bổ sung tài sản bảo đảm trên có giá trị theo mệnh giá là 1.000 tỷ đồng, lãi suất 10.5%/năm và đáo hạn vào ngày 3/6/2023. Đây là trái phiếu phát hành riêng lẻ cho các đối tượng, được bảo đảm bằng gần 71 triệu cổ phiếu phổ thông của KBC.

KBC nắm 92,5% tỷ lệ lợi ích tại CTCP Khu công nghiệp Sài Gòn – Bắc Giang (SBG). Theo báo cáo thường niên 2021 của KBC, SBG có vốn điều lệ 220 tỷ đồng. SBG là chủ đầu tư khu công nghiệp Quang Châu tại huyện Việt Yên, tỉnh Bắc Giang; có tổng diện tích 426 ha, tổng diện tích đất thương phẩm là 303,7 ha, đã lấp đầy 96.8%, diện tích đất thương phẩm còn lại 9.77 ha, diện tích đất còn phải đền bù hơn 13.5 ha.

Tại ngày 31/12/2021, tài sản của SBG đạt 3.281 tỷ đồng. Năm 2021, Công ty đạt doanh thu 1,870 tỷ đồng; lợi nhuận sau thuế 1.040 tỷ đồng.

Tính đến ngày 30/9/2022, KBC ghi nhận khoản dư nợ trái phiếu dài hạn đến hạn trả trong năm tới là 2.873 tỷ đồng, tăng đáng kể so với con số 796 tỷ đồng vào đầu năm; trái phiếu dài hạn là 973 tỷ đồng, giảm so với 3.233 tỷ đồng đầu năm.
