Điều này là khá bất ngờ khi IJC (HM:IJC) đã liên tục duy trì việc chi trả cổ tức bằng tiền cho cổ đông với tỷ lệ từ 6 - 12%/năm kể từ khi lên sàn hồi tháng 4/2010 đến nay. CTCP Phát triển Hạ tầng Kỹ thuật (Mã IJC - HOSE) thông qua Nghị quyết HĐQT về việc triển khai phương án phát hành cổ phiếu trả cổ tức năm 2021.

Theo đó, IJC dự kiến phát hành hơn 34,7 triệu cổ phiếu (mệnh giá 10.000 đồng/cổ phiếu) để trả cổ tức (bằng 16% tổng khối lượng cổ phiếu đang lưu hành). Nguồn vốn thực hiện từ lợi nhuận sau thuế lũy kế chưa phân phối theo báo cáo tài chính hợp nhất kiểm toán năm 2021.

Sau phát hành, vốn điều lệ của IJC sẽ tăng từ 2.171 tỷ đồng lên 2.518 tỷ đồng.

Thời gian thực hiện dự kiến trong quý 1/2023 sau khi được Ủy ban Chứng khoán Nhà nước chấp thuận.

Đáng nói, điều này là khá bất ngờ khi IJC đã liên tục duy trì việc chi trả cổ tức bằng tiền cho cổ đông với tỷ lệ từ 6 - 12%/năm kể từ khi lên sàn hồi tháng 4/2010 đến nay.

Về tình hình kinh doanh, tình hình kinh doanh của IJC bắt đầu khởi sắc mạnh mẽ kể từ năm 2015 với mức doanh thu chỉ 702 tỷ và 122 tỷ lãi sau thuế.

Tuy nhiên đến năm 2021, doanh thu công ty đã tăng gấp 3,7 lần lên 2.613 tỷ đồng; lợi nhuận ròng thậm chí tăng gấp 5 lần lên 621 tỷ. Đây cũng là các mức đỉnh lịch sử và doanh nghiệp bất động sản này ghi nhận.

9 tháng năm 2022, Hạ tầng Kỹ thuật IJC ghi nhận 1.755 tỷ đồng doanh thu - giảm 25% so với cùng kỳ năm 2021; lợi nhuận sau thuế thu về gần 483 tỷ đồng - giảm 13% YoY. Thặng dư lợi nhuận chưa phân phối đến ngày 30/9/2022 là gần 940 tỷ đồng.

Với kết quả này, công ty đã thực hiện được đã hoàn thành 62% kế hoạch doanh thu và 70% chỉ tiêu lợi nhuận sau thuế cả năm.

Trên thị trường chứng khoán, nhờ kết quả kinh doanh ấn tượng, cổ phiếu IJC cũng tăng mạnh từ ngưỡng 6.x đồng (hồi đầu năm 2019) và đạt đỉnh 36.500 đồng tại thời điểm giữa tháng 11/2021.

Tuy nhiên, mã đã nhanh chóng lao dốc cùng với đà giảm của thị trường chung trong năm 2022 và hiện giao dịch tại mức 12.900 đồng (kết phiên 3/1/2023) - giảm 59% so với đầu năm 2022 và mất 65% giá trị so với đỉnh.
