Sau khi bị công ty chứng khoán buộc phải bán giải chấp cổ phiếu, nhiều lãnh đạo và 1 cổ đông lớn của Tổng CTCP Đầu tư Phát triển Xây dựng (HOSE: DIG) đã hoàn tất việc bán giải chấp trong tuần giao dịch 07-11/11/2022.

Đầu tiên là Chủ tịch DIG - ông Nguyễn Thiện Tuấn, ông đã bán khớp lệnh hơn 9.4 triệu cp trong khoảng thời gian từ 04-09/11/2022. Qua đó, tỷ lệ sở hữu của ông tại Công ty giảm từ 9.59% xuống còn 8.04%, tương đương hơn 49 triệu cp. Chiếu theo giá đóng cửa bình quân, ước tính Chủ tịch DIG đã thu về gần 141 tỷ đồng sau khi bán số cổ phiếu kể trên.

Tiếp đến là con ông Tuấn, đồng thời là Phó Chủ tịch HĐQT DIG, ông Nguyễn Hùng Cường. Ông Cường đã bán khớp lệnh hơn 6.4 triệu cp trong 2 phiên 07/11 và 09/11, dẫn đến tỷ lệ sở hữu giảm từ 10.06% xuống còn 9%, xấp xỉ 55 triệu cp. Chiếu theo giá đóng cửa 2 phiên, ước tính ông Cường thu về gần 93 tỷ đồng.

Bên cạnh ông Cường, Phó Chủ tịch còn lại của DIG là bà Nguyễn Thị Thanh Huyền cũng đã phải bán ra gần 5.9 triệu cp trong các phiên 07/11 và 09-10/11, qua đó tỷ lệ sở hữu giảm từ 4.36% xuống còn 3.39%, tương ứng hơn 20.7 triệu cp. Bình quân 3 phiên giao dịch, ước tính bà Huyền đã thu về hơn 80.8 tỷ đồng.

Cuối cùng là cổ đông lớn của DIG, CTCP Đầu tư Phát triển Thiên Tân đã bán khớp lệnh hơn 5.8 triệu cp DIG, khiến tỷ lệ sở hữu giảm từ 14.1% xuống còn 13.15%.

Lãnh đạo cùng cổ đông lớn DIG phải đồng loạt bán tháo trong bối cảnh giá cổ phiếu DIG trên đà lao dốc kể từ đầu năm 2022 và chưa có dấu hiệu dừng lại.

Trong thời gian lãnh đạo Công ty bán giải chấp, giá cổ phiếu DIG ghi nhận chuỗi 7 phiên giảm sàn liên tiếp (04-14/11). Mở cửa phiên giao dịch 14/11, cổ phiếu DIG tiếp tục nằm sàn với 10,850 đồng/cp tại 09h37.
