Ngày 08/11, CTCP Chứng khoán MB (HNX: HN:MBS) thông báo bán giải chấp gần 850 ngàn cp DIG do bà Nguyễn Thị Thanh Huyền - Phó Chủ tịch HĐQT Tổng CTCP Đầu tư Phát triển Xây dựng (DIC Group, HOSE: DIG) - nắm giữ.

Thời gian giao dịch dự kiến từ ngày 08/11/2022, đến khi tỷ lệ ký quỹ của bà Huyền được đảm bảo theo quy định. Với thị giá phiên sáng 08/11 là 14,400 đồng/cp, ước tính giá trị thương vụ khoảng 12.2 tỷ đồng.

Không chỉ MBS bán giải chấp cổ phiếu của bà Huyền, ngày 07/11, CTCK Yuanta Việt Nam (YSVN) cũng thông báo bán giải chấp 1.44 triệu cp DIG do bà Huyền nắm giữ. Thời gian giao dịch từ ngày 07/11, giá trị ước tính khoảng 22 tỷ đồng.

Cùng ngày, YSVN thông báo bán giải chấp cổ phiếu 2 lãnh đạo khác của DIG là ông Nguyễn Thiện Tuấn - Chủ tịch HĐQT và ông Nguyễn Hùng Cường - Phó Chủ tịch HĐQT và là con trai ông Tuấn. Số lượng cổ phiếu bị bán giải chấp lần lượt hơn 2.1 triệu cp và 1.47 triệu cp, tương ứng giá trị khoảng 32.5 tỷ đồng và 22.7 tỷ đồng (chiếu theo giá kết phiên 07/11 là 15,500 đồng/cp).

Như vậy, các cổ đông trong ban lãnh đạo DIG đã bị bán giải chấp gần 6 triệu cp trong 2 ngày 07-08/11.

Trên thực tế, ban lãnh đạo và các cổ đông lớn của DIG rơi vào cảnh bị bán giải chấp cổ phiếu từ cuối tháng 10. Cụ thể, trong thời gian từ 27-28/10/2022, Chủ tịch Nguyễn Thiện Tuấn đã bị bán giải chấp 3 triệu cp. Tương tự, ông Cường bị bán 1.4 triệu cp DIG trong ngày 30/10 và 01/11.

Trước đó, cổ đông lớn nhất của DIG là CTCP Đầu tư Phát triển Thiên Tân bị bán giải chấp hơn 4.2 triệu cp trong ngày 27/10/2022. Sau giao dịch, tỷ lệ nắm giữ DIG của tổ chức này giảm từ 15.41% xuống còn 14.72%, tương ứng gần 89.8 triệu cp.

Thông tin trên được công bố trong bối cảnh giá cổ phiếu DIG liên tục giảm mạnh. Phiên sáng 08/11, cổ phiếu DIG tiếp tục giảm sàn xuống mức 14,400 đồng/cp. So với đỉnh cao nhất là 98,800 đồng/cp đầu năm, thị giá hiện đã "bốc hơi" hơn 85%.

Diễn biến giá cổ phiếu DIG từ đầu tháng 10

Về tình hình kinh doanh, DIG công bố BCTC hợp nhất quý 3/2022 với doanh thu thuần gần 424 tỷ đồng, giảm 21% so với cùng kỳ. Trong bối cảnh doanh thu thuần có xu hướng giảm nhưng chi phí tăng, DIG lần đầu báo lỗ kể từ quý 1/2017 với khoản lỗ ròng gần 1 tỷ đồng trong quý 3.

Dù lỗ quý 3 nhưng nhờ kết quả khả quan nửa đầu năm, lãi ròng 9 tháng của DIG vẫn tăng 3% so với cùng kỳ, lên gần 142 tỷ đồng.
