Ông Nguyễn Xuân Quang - Chủ tịch HĐQT CTCP Đầu tư Nam Long (HOSE: NLG) cùng 2 con trai tiếp tục đăng ký mua thêm cổ phiếu trong thời gian từ 18/11-17/12/2022, sau khi chưa mua được hết số cổ phiếu như mong muốn.

Cụ thể, ông Quang đăng ký mua 1 triệu cp NLG nhằm mục đích đầu tư. Nếu mua thành công, sở hữu của Chủ tịch NLG sẽ tăng lên mức gần 47.5 triệu cp, tỷ lệ tương đương 12.35%.

Song song đó, 2 con trai của Chủ tịch NLG là ông Nguyễn Hiệp và ông Nguyễn Nam cùng đăng ký mua 1.7 triệu cp. Dự kiến sau giao dịch, tỷ lệ sở hữu của ông Hiệp và ông Nam sẽ tăng lần lượt lên mức 0.79% (hơn 3 triệu cp) và 0.63% (hơn 2 triệu cp).

Trước đó, ông Quang đã mua 1 triệu cp NLG trên tổng số 2 triệu cp đăng ký trong thời gian từ 14/10-11/11 theo hình thức khớp lệnh.

Cũng trong giai đoạn trên, 2 con trai của ông Quang là Nguyễn Nam và Nguyễn Hiệp đã mua mỗi người 300 ngàn cp NLG trên số đăng ký là 2 triệu cp theo hình thức khớp lệnh.

Tổng cộng, gia đình Chủ tịch Quang đăng ký 6 triệu cp, nhưng mua thành công 1.6 triệu cp. Lý do công bố là vì điều chỉnh tiến độ mua vào theo diễn biến rủi ro từ thị trường.
