Chủ tịch, Phó Chủ tịch HĐQT và cùng một cổ đông lớn của Tổng CTCP Đầu tư Phát triển Xây dựng (HOSE: DIG) bị công ty chứng khoán buộc bán giải chấp tổng cộng hơn 8.6 triệu cp DIG khi thị giá “bốc hơi” 81% so với đỉnh đầu năm.

Ông Nguyễn Thiện Tuấn, Chủ tịch HĐQT DIG, sở hữu hơn 61.5 triệu cp DIG, bị công ty chứng khoán bán giải chấp 3 triệu cp trong thời gian từ 27-28/10/2022. Sau giao dịch, ông Tuấn còn nắm giữ gần 58.5 triệu cp DIG, tương ứng tỷ lệ 9.59%.

Tương tự, ông Nguyễn Hùng Cường, Phó Chủ tịch HĐQT DIG, bị bán gần 1.4 triệu cp DIG trong ngày 30/10 và 01/11/2022, giảm sở hữu xuống còn hơn 61.3 triệu cp, tỷ lệ 10.06%.

Trong khi đó, cổ đông lớn nhất của DIG là CTCP Đầu tư Phát triển Thiên Tân cũng bị bán giải chấp hơn 4.2 triệu cp trong ngày 27/10/2022. Sau giao dịch, tỷ lệ nắm giữ DIG của tổ chức này giảm từ 15.41% xuống còn 14.72%, tương ứng gần 89.8 triệu cp.

Thông tin trên được công bố trong bối cảnh giá cổ phiếu DIG liên tục giảm mạnh. Phiên sáng 03/11, cổ phiếu DIG đang được giao dịch quanh mức 18,600 đồng/cp, "bốc hơi" hơn 81% so với mức đỉnh 100,000 đồng/cp hồi đầu năm.

Ở chiều ngược lại, đầu tháng 10/2022, bà Nguyễn Thị Thanh Huyền, Phó Chủ tịch HĐQT và là con gái Chủ tịch HĐQT Nguyễn Thiện Tuấn, đăng ký mua 20 triệu cp DIG từ ngày 07/10-04/11/2022 để nâng tỷ lệ sở hữu từ 3.61% (hơn 22 triệu cp) lên 6.89% (hơn 42 triệu cp) và trở thành cổ đông lớn của DIG.

Về tình hình kinh doanh, DIG công bố BCTC hợp nhất quý 3/2022 với doanh thu thuần gần 424 tỷ đồng, giảm 21% so với cùng kỳ. Trong bối cảnh doanh thu thuần có xu hướng giảm nhưng chi phí tăng, DIG lần đầu báo lỗ kể từ quý 1/2017 với khoản lỗ ròng gần 1 tỷ đồng trong quý 3.

Dù lỗ trong quý 3 nhưng nhờ kết quả khả quan nửa đầu năm, lãi ròng 9 tháng của DIG vẫn tăng 3% so với cùng kỳ, lên gần 142 tỷ đồng.
