Những ngày gần đây, cổ phiếu DIG và CEO - bộ đôi chiếm phần lớn trong danh mục đầu tư của L14 ghi nhận đà tăng ấn tượng (28% - 55%) từ vùng đáy 15/11. CTCP Licogi 14 (L14) vừa có văn bản giải trình gửi Ủy ban Chứng khoán Nhà nước và Sở Giao dịch Chứng khoán Hà Nội về việc cổ phiếu tăng trần liên tiếp từ 16/11 – 22/11.

Trên thị trường, sau khi trải qua chuỗi giảm sàn 4 phiên, 14 bất ngờ quay đầu tăng trần 5 phiên liên tiếp. Sang đến phiên sáng nay (23/11), L14 tiếp tục tăng mạnh  5,46% lên 30.900 đồng/cp.

Văn bản nêu rõ “Cổ phiếu L14 được niêm yết và giao dịch minh bạch trên sàn HNX, các nhà đầu tư, các cổ đông quyết định đầu tư do có niềm tin vào doanh nghiệp, phụ thuộc vào tâm lý, cảm xúc trong từng giai đoạn, thời kì của thị trường, đồng thời sự can thiệp quyết liệt, điều hành linh hoạt, thích ứng về chính sách kinh tế vĩ mô và chính sách tín dụng tiền tệ của chính phủ”.

Lãnh đạo L14 cho biết hiện tại doanh nghiệp vẫn đang hoạt động bình thường, không có biến động gì ảnh hưởng đến giá cổ phiếu. Việc L14 tăng mạnh nằm ngoài tầm kiểm soát của công ty.

Bên cạnh đó, Licogi 14 khẳng định không bao giờ có tác động làm biến động tăng, giảm cổ phiếu làm ảnh hưởng đến thị trường, lợi ích của nhà nước, doanh nghiệp và quyền lợi của nhà đầu tư. Công ty luôn công khai, minh bạch và luôn tuân thủ các quy định của pháp luật.

Về tình hình kinh doanh, 9 tháng đầu năm 2022, L14 ghi nhận doanh thu thuần L14 đạt 129 tỷ đồng, tăng 41% so với cùng kỳ, song lỗ sau thuế hơn 15,6 tỷ đồng, cách rất xa so với mục tiêu lãi ròng 254 tỷ đồng đã được ĐHĐCĐ thường niên năm 2022 thông qua.

Những ngày gần đây cổ phiếu DIG và CEO - bộ đôi chiếm phần lớn trong  danh mục đầu tư của L14 cũng có đà tăng ấn tượng với nhiều phiên "tím lịm". Đóng cửa phiên 22/11, DIG (HM:DIG) đạt 13.000 đồng/cp; CEO đạt 12.600 đồng/cp, lần lượt hồi phục 28% và 55% kể từ vùng đáy tạo lập hôm 15/11.

Mới đây, CTCP Đầu tư Tài chính Licogi 14 (L14FI), đơn vị liên quan đến ông Nguyễn Mạnh Tuấn (thầy A7), Thành viên HĐQT Licogi 14 vừa đăng ký mua 200.000 cổ phiếu L14 với mục đích đầu tư tài chính. Giao dịch dự kiến được thực hiện theo phương thức khớp lệnh từ ngày 22/11 - 21/12.

Ngược chiều, bà Nguyễn Thúy Ngư, chị gái ông Nguyễn Mạnh Tuấn đã đăng ký bán hơn 705.000 cổ phiếu Licogi 14 (L14) từ ngày 3/11 – 2/12.
