Trên thị trường chứng khoán, cổ phiếu LPB hiện đã đã tăng tới 68% chỉ sau hơn nửa tháng giao dịch. Ngày 25/11/2022, Ngân hàng TMCP Bưu điện Liên Việt (HM:LPB) - LienVietPostBank (Mã LPB - HOSE) đã có thông báo về việc mua lại trái phiếu trước hạn tại lô LPBH2123013.

Theo thông báo, khối lượng trái phiếu dự kiến mua lại 1.000 trái phiếu (mệnh giá 1 tỷ đồng/trái phiếu) - tương ứng giá trị trái phiếu mua lại là 1.000 tỷ đồng. thời gian dự kiến mua lại là ngày 6/12/2022.

Trên thị trường chứng khoán, cổ phiếu LPB ghi nhận tăng mạnh trong 2 phiên gần nhất và hiện đang giao dịch tại mức giá trần 13.000 đồng thị giá (ghi nhận lúc 14h08 phiên chiều 5/12/2022).

Nếu tính từ mức thấp nhất 7.750 đồng ghi nhận trong phiên 16/11, cổ phiếu này hiện đã tăng tới 68% chỉ sau hơn nửa tháng giao dịch.

Ở một diễn biến liên quan, Ngân hàng Nhà nước (NHNN) cách đây không lâu đã có văn bản chấp thuận đề nghị chuyển nhượng toàn bộ cổ phần (hơn 122,17 triệu cổ phiếu LPB) đang được nắm giữ bởi Tổng Cục Bưu điện Việt Nam (VNPost) - cổ đông lớn duy nhất nắm 8,1% vốn LPB.

Trước đó ngày 18/11,  LienVietPostBank đã tiến hành chốt danh sách cổ đông nhận cổ tức năm 2021 tỷ lệ 15% bằng cổ phiếu.

Với hơn 1,5 tỷ cổ phiếu đang lưu hành, ngân hàng dự kiến phát hành thêm hơn 225,5 triệu cổ phiếu mới để trả cổ tức lần này đồng thời, LienVietPostBank cũng lên kế hoạch chào bán cổ phiếu cho cổ đông hiện hữu với tổng số lượng chào bán dự kiến là 300 triệu cổ phần.

Sau khi hoàn thành các đợt phát hành, vốn điều lệ của ngân hàng sẽ tăng từ mức 15.035 tỷ đồng lên 20.291 tỷ đồng, tương đương mức tăng 35%.

Thời gian thực hiện dự kiến trong năm 2022 và 2023, sau khi có chấp thuận của Ngân hàng Nhà nước và Ủy ban Chứng khoán Nhà nước.
