Vietstock - LienVietPostBank tiếp tục mua lại hơn 1.8 ngàn tỷ đồng trái phiếu

HĐQT Ngân hàng TMCP Bưu điện Liên Việt (HM:LPB) (LienVietPostBank, HOSE: LPB) mới đây thông qua việc mua lại trước hạn trái phiếu phát hành trong năm 2020.

Tổng giá trị mua lại theo mệnh giá là 1,814 tỷ đồng. Trái phiếu được phát hành ngày 24/11/2020 và có kỳ hạn 7 năm.

Đây là trái phiếu không chuyển đổi, không có tài sản bảo đảm, không kèm chứng quyền, xác lập nghĩa vụ trả nợ trực tiếp và thỏa mãn các điều kiện để tính vào vốn cấp 2 của Ngân hàng.

Theo kế hoạch, Ngân hàng mua lại vào ngày 24/11/2022. Ngày chốt danh sách người sở hữu trái phiếu là 15/11/2022. Giá mua lại bằng mệnh giá trái phiếu và lãi phát sinh nhưng chưa được thanh toán trên trái phiếu đó tính đến thời điểm mua lại.

LBP sẽ dùng nguồn tiền từ thu nợ gốc/lãi của các khoản vay được tài trợ vốn từ nguồn vốn phát hành trái phiếu, và nguồn vốn huy động khác, vốn tự có tích lũy, lợi nhuận hoạt động kinh doanh và tiềm lực tài chính của mình để mua lại.

Trước đó, LPB đã mua lại trước hạn 8,000 tỷ đồng đồng trong 9 tháng đầu năm nay.

Các ngân hàng là những đối tượng mua lại trái phiếu trước hạn nhiều nhất thời gian qua. Theo thống kê của VCBS, trong 9 tháng đầu năm, khối lượng trái phiếu mua lại trước hạn đạt 135,180 tỷ đồng. Trong top 20 doanh nghiệp giá trị mua lại lớn loại trừ các ngân hàng là các công ty Azura, Yamagata, CTCP Osaka, Garden, CTCP Bông Sen…
