Nếu giao dịch thành công, Chủ tịch Nam Việt sẽ nâng lượng sở hữu từ 71,8 triệu cổ phiếu (tỷ lệ 56,3% vốn) lên 73,8 triệu cổ phiếu (tỷ lệ 57,86% vốn). Chủ tịch HĐQT CTCP Nam Việt - Navico (Mã HM:ANV - HOSE) - ông Doãn Tới - vừa đăng ký mua vào thêm 2 triệu cổ phiếu nhằm tăng tỷ lệ sở hữu.

Theo công bố, thời gian giao dịch dịch dự kiến của vị lãnh đạo này sẽ được thực hiện từ ngày 21/11 đến 20/12/2022 theo phương thức thỏa thuận hoặc khớp lệnh.

Trên thị trường chứng khoán, cổ phiếu ANV vừa trải qua chuỗi 9 phiên giảm mạnh trong đó có chuỗi 4 phiên giảm sàn từ ngày 10 - 15/11. Tuy nhiên, đà giảm đã bị chặn lại sau khi mã tăng trần trong phiên 16/11. 

Tại thời điểm 14h11 phiên 17/11, cổ phiếu ANV giảm trở lại hơn 1,1% về còn 17.000 đồng - giảm 72% so với đỉnh lịch sử 61.560 đồng hồi giữa tháng 6 vừa qua. Tại mức giá này, ước tính ông Tới sẽ phải chi khoảng 34 tỷ đồng để thực hiện giao dịch trên.

Đáng chú ý, trước khi ông Doãn Tới đăng ký mua vào, ông Doãn Chí Thiên - Tổng Giám đốc Nam Việt (con trai ông Tới) đã bán ra gần 5 triệu cổ phiếu ANV qua đó giảm lượng sở hữu từ gần 9,1 triệu cổ phiếu (tỷ lệ 6,88%) về còn gần 4,1 triệu cổ phiếu (tỷ lệ 3,1%) qua đó không còn là cổ đông công ty.

Giai dịch được thực hiện từ cuối tháng 9 đến nửa đầu tháng 10/2022.

Mới đây, Nam Việt đã thông báo điều chỉnh thời gian chi trả cổ tức bằng tiền năm 2021 từ ngày 1/12/2022 sang ngày 27/4/2023 (trễ 5 tháng).

Lý giải về nguyên nhân xin hoãn chi trả cổ tức, ANV cho biết do tình hình tài chính cuối năm gặp khó khăn dẫn đến không kịp chuẩn bị nguồn tiền thanh toán.

Trước đó ngày 31/10, ANV đã thông qua danh sách trả cổ tức bằng tiền năm 2021 với tỷ lệ 10% (1 cổ phiếu sẽ nhận 1.000 đồng). Thời gian thực hiện là ngày 1/12/2022. Nguồn vốn thực hiện chi trả cổ tức từ lợi nhuận sau thuế chưa phân phối của công ty đến 31/12/2021. 

Với hơn 132 triệu đơn vị đang lưu hành, Nam Việt dự kiến chi khoảng hơn 132 tỷ đồng cho cổ đông trong lần trả cổ tức năm 2021.

Về tình hình kinh doanh, quý 3/2022, ANV đạt doanh thu thuần 1.238,7 tỷ đồng - tăng 89% so với cùng kỳ năm 2021; lãi sau thuế đạt 120 tỷ đồng trong khi cùng kỳ lỗ hơn 13 tỷ đồng.

Lũy kế 9 tháng, ANV ghi nhận doanh thu 3.752 tỷ đồng - tăng 54% qua đó hoàn thành được 72% kế hoạch doanh thu năm; lãi sau thuế đạt 567,2 tỷ đồng - tăng 663% so với cùng kỳ - tương ứng 65% mục tiêu lãi ròng năm 2022.
