Trên thị trường, sau 17 phiên giảm liên tiếp, cổ phiếu PDR (HM:PDR) giảm 43,3% giá trị trong khi DIG (HM:DIG) giảm 51% sau 1 tháng. CTCP Chứng khoán MB (Mã HN:MBS - HNX) ngày 8/11/2022 đã thông báo về việc bán giải chấp đối với bà Nguyễn Thị Thanh Huyền - Phó Chủ tịch Tổng CTCP Đầu tư Phát triển Xây dựng - DIC Corp (Mã DIG - HOSE). Số lượng cổ phiếu bị giải chấp là gần 850.000 đơn vị.

Ngày 7/11, bà Huyền cũng nhận được thông báo tương tự của Chứng khoán Yuanta về việc bán giải chấp 1,44 triệu cổ phiếu DIG trong tài khoản. Đáng chú, bà Huyền chỉ vừa mới mua vào hơn 4 triệu cổ phiếu (bằng 23% lượng đã đăng ký trước đó) từ ngày 7/10 - 4/11/2022 và nâng sở hữu lên lên 4,36% vốn DIC Corp.

Cũng trong ngày 8/11, MBS đồng thời thông báo việc bán giải chấp đối với 1,18 triệu cổ phiếu DIG được sở hữu bởi Chủ tịch HĐQT DIC Corp - Nguyễn Thiện Tuấn - cha của bà Huyền.

Đến ngày 9/11, MBS tiếp tục thông báo bán giải chấp thêm 900.000 cổ phiếu DIG thuộc sở hữu của ông Tuấn nhằm khắc phục tình trạng theo quy định của MBS.

Được biết trước khi bị Chứng khoán Mirae Asset Việt Nam (MAS (HN:MAS)) và Chứng khoán Yuanta Việt Nam (YSVN) và MBS bán giải chấp cổ phiếu, ông Tuấn đang nắm giữ gần 60 triệu cổ phiếu DIG (tỷ lệ 9,6% vốn).

Cùng ngày, công ty chứng khoán này thông báo bán giải chấp gần 140.000 cổ phiếu PDR đang được sở hữu bởi ông Nguyễn Văn Đạt - Chủ tịch HĐQT CTCP Phát triển Bất động sản Phát Đạt (sàn HOSE).

Kế đó ngày 10/11, ông Đạt tiếp tục nhận thêm thông báo bán giải chấp hơn 446.000 cổ phiếu PDR từ Chứng khoán MB theo phương thức giao dịch khớp lệnh hoặc thỏa thuận.

Đây là các động thái tiếp trong trong hoạt động bán giải chấp cổ phiếu DIG và PDR mà một số công ty chứng khoán đang áp dụng đối với một số lãnh đạo, cổ đông của 2 doanh nghiệp kể trên.

Trên thị trường, sau 17 phiên giảm liên tiếp, cổ phiếu PDR đã mất tới 21.550 đồng/cổ phiếu - tương ứng giảm 43,3% giá trị.

Cùng chiều, Cổ phiếu DIG cũng giảm mạnh tới 51% từ mức 25.550 đồng thị giá (ngày 14/10) về còn 12.500 đồng (kết phiên 10/11).
