Do các lệnh bán giải chấp cổ phần từ công ty chứng khoán, giá cổ phiếu DIG (HM:DIG) giảm sâu trong 3 tuần gần nhất. Chứng khoán Mirae Asset Việt Nam (MAS (HN:MAS)) vừa tiếp tục thông báo sẽ bán giải chấp 2,8 triệu cổ phiếu DIG thuộc sở hữu của ông Nguyễn Thiện Tuấn, Chủ tịch HĐQT của Tổng CTCP Đầu tư Phát triển Xây dựng - DIC Corp (sàn HOSE). Thời gian bán giải chấp từ phiên 4/11 đến khi đảm bảo đủ tỷ lệ theo quy định về giao dịch ký quỹ.

"Việc bán giải chấp có thể không được thực hiện theo quyết định của MAS mà không có thông báo ra công chúng nếu giá thị trường của tài sản đảm bảo thay đổi hoặc chủ tài khoản bổ sung tài sản đảm bảo đủ tỉ lệ theo quy định về giao dịch ký quỹ.

Số lượng chứng khoán dự kiến bán giải chấp là ước tính tại thời điểm công bố thông tin, số lượng chứng khoán bán thực tế có thể ít hơn hoặc nhiều hơn do thay đổi giá thị trường làm thay đổi giá trị tài sản đảm bảo", thông báo của Mirae Asset nêu.

Trước đó vào ngày 27/10, Mirae Asset Việt Nam cũng thông báo dự kiến bán giải chấp 5 triệu cổ phiếu DIG của ông Nguyễn Thiện Tuấn.

Cụ thể, Chủ tịch HĐQT DIC Corp đã bán bị công ty chứng khoán bán giải chấp hơn 3 triệu cổ phiếu DIG trong 2 ngày 27 và 28/10. Sau giao dịch, ông Tuấn còn nắm giữ gần 58,5 triệu cổ phiếu DIG - tỷ lệ 9,59% cổ phần.

Tương tự, ông Nguyễn Hùng Cường – Phó Chủ tịch HĐQT DIC Corp (con trai ông Tuấn) cũng đã bị công ty chứng khoán bán giải chấp gần 1,4 triệu cổ phiếu DIG trong ngày 31/10 và 1/11. Sau giao dịch, ông Cường còn sở hữu 61,3 triệu cổ phiếu DIG - tương ứng tỷ lệ 10,06% vốn.

Cũng với lý do trên, cổ đông lớn nhất của DIC Corp là CTCP Đầu tư Phát triển Thiên Tân cũng đã bị bán 4,2 triệu cổ phiếu DIG trong ngày 27/10. Sau giao dịch, tỷ lệ sở hữu của tổ chức này đã giảm từ 15,4% xuống còn 14,7% tương ứng gần 89,8 triệu cổ phiếu.

Do lệnh bán giải chấp cổ phần từ công ty chứng khoán, giá cổ phiếu DIG giảm sâu trong giai đoạn gần đây. Ghi nhận trong phiên giao dịch ngày 7/11/2022, cổ phiếu DIG giảm sàn ngay đầu phiên với dư bán sàn gần 12 triệu đơn vị trong khi đó khối lượng khớp lệnh chỉ đạt gần 1,9 triệu cổ phiếu.

Tính từ mức đỉnh gần 100.000 đồng (giá sau điều chỉnh) hồi đầu năm 2022 đến nay, cổ phiếu DIG đã hiện đã “bốc hơi” tới 84% giá trị.
