Tập đoàn GELEX vừa công bố thông tin về việc Công ty TNHH MTV Đầu tư GEX (HM:GEX) đăng ký bán 80 triệu cổ phiếu GEX, tương đương 9,39% tổng số cổ phiếu của Tập đoàn này đang lưu hành. Giao dịch sẽ được thực hiện bằng phương thức khớp lệnh hoặc thỏa thuận, từ 14/12/2022 đến ngày 12/01/2023. Giá trị giao dịch dự kiến (tính theo mệnh giá) là 800 tỷ đồng. Lý do được nêu trong thông báo giao dịch là cơ cấu danh mục đầu tư.

Trước giao dịch, Công ty TNHH MTV Đầu tư GEX (người có liên quan đến ông Nguyễn Văn Tuấn – Tổng giám đốc Tập đoàn GELEX) đang nắm 113.272.800 cổ phiếu GEX, tương đương 13,3% vốn điều lệ của Công ty CP Tập đoàn GELEX.

Nếu thành công, Công ty TNHH MTV Đầu tư GEX sẽ không còn là cổ đông lớn tại GEX. Số lượng cổ phiếu dự kiến nắm giữ sau khi thực hiện giao dịch là 33.272.800 cổ phiếu tương đương 3,91% vốn điều lệ của Tập đoàn này.

Thông tin trong công bố cũng cho thấy, hiện, ông Nguyễn Văn Tuấn - Tổng giám đốc Tập đoàn GELEX đang nắm giữ 202.275.993 cổ phiếu, tương ứng 23,76% tổng số cổ phiếu GEX đang lưu hành.

Ở một diễn biến khác, Cổ phiếu GEX liên tục được khối ngoại liên tục mua vào trong những tháng cuối cùng của năm 2022 nhờ triển vọng kinh doanh cốt lõi. Theo dữ liệu sàn HOSE vừa công bố, Nhóm Dragon Capital báo cáo tiếp tục mua thêm 3 triệu cổ phiếu GEX của CTCP Tập đoàn Gelex vào ngày 5/12. Trong đó, Grinling International Limited mua vào 2 triệu cổ phiếu và Vietnam Enterprise Investments Limited mua vào 1 triệu cổ phiếu.

Tạm chiếu theo giá kết phiên diễn ra giao dịch là 16.200 đồng/cổ phiếu, ước tính nhóm Dragon Capital đã bỏ ra tổng số tiền khoảng 48,6 tỷ đồng để mua vào 3 triệu cổ phiếu GEX. Sau giao dịch, tỷ lệ sở hữu của quỹ ngoại này tại GEX nâng từ 5,68% lên 6,03% vốn điều lệ.

Trước đó, ngày 29/11, nhóm Dragon Capital cũng đã mua vào 5,1 triệu cổ phiếu GEX. Trong đó, quỹ Amersham Industries Limited mua vào 4,1 triệu cổ phiếu để nâng sở hữu từ 0,83% lên 1,32% vốn điều lệ; và quỹ Vietnam Enterprise Investments Limited mua vào 1 triệu cổ phiếu để nâng sở hữu từ 1,77% lên 1,88% vốn điều lệ.

Theo đó, tổng tỷ lệ sở hữu của cả nhóm tăng từ 4,74% lên 5,34% vốn điều lệ và quỹ ngoại này chính thức quay lại ghế cổ đông lớn tại Gelex sau khi bán ra 5,2 triệu cổ phiếu GEX ngày 18.11.
