FLC (HM:FLC) GAB đã lỗ hơn 1,2 tỷ đồng trong quý 3/2022 do ảnh hưởng của sự việc thao túng thị trường diễn ra tại hệ sinh thái FLC. CTCP Đầu tư Khai khoáng & Quản lý Tài sản FLC - FLC GAB (HOSE: GAB) vừa thông báo tổ chức bất thành ĐHĐCĐ bất thường lần 2.

FLC GAB cho biết cuộc họp được tổ chức vào ngày 23/12 không đủ điều kiện tiến hành theo quy định tại điều 145 Luật Doanh nghiệp năm 2020 và điều 18 điều lệ công ty do số cổ đông tham dự họp đại diện không đủ từ 33% tổng số phiếu biểu quyết của công ty theo danh sách cổ đông có quyền tham dự được lập ngày 17/10/2022.

Thông báo mời họp ĐHĐCĐ bất thường lần 3 sẽ được HĐQT công ty gửi tới cổ đông theo đúng quy định của pháp luật và điều lệ của công ty.

Về tình hình kết quả kinh doanh, quý 3/2022, GAB ghi nhận hơn 7 tỷ đồng doanh thu thuần, giảm 94% so với cùng kỳ năm trước; doanh thu tài chính giảm 21% xuống còn hơn 523 triệu đồng. Theo đó, GAB lỗ sau thuế 1,26 tỷ đồng trong khi quý 3/2021 lãi hơn 200 triệu.

Theo giải trình của GAB, nguyên nhân tình hình kinh doanh kém sắc là do ảnh hưởng khách quan của sự việc ông Trịnh Văn Quyết, nguyên Chủ tịch FLC dẫn đến các đối tác, tổ chức tín dụng dùng hoặc hạn chế giao dịch với GAB do lo ngại là bên liên quan.

Bên cạnh đó, giá cả thị trường có sự biến động mạnh ảnh hưởng đến nền kinh tế cả nước, cũng như giá cả hàng hóa, nguyên vật liệu đầu vào tăng cao. Đồng thời, thị trường tiêu thụ hàng hóa các mặt hàng nông sản trong kỳ giảm.

Luỹ kế 9 tháng đầu năm, doanh thu thuần của GAB giảm 41% xuống 174 tỷ đồng và lợi nhuận âm gần 1,3 tỷ đồng.

Tại thời điểm cuối quý 3/2022, tổng tài sản của GAB đạt 242 tỷ đồng, giảm 48 tỷ đồng so với đầu năm. Nợ phải trả giảm gần 50 tỷ xuống còn hơn 80 tỷ đồng, chủ yếu là nợ ngắn hạn. Vốn chủ sở hữu ghi nhận hơn 162 tỷ đồng.

Cổ phiếu GAB hiện đang nằm trong diện hạn chế giao dịch cho chậm nộp BCTC soát sẽ bán niên năm 2022 quá 45 ngày so với thời hạn quy định.
