TNG (HN:TNG) cho biết kết thúc 8 ngày làm việc của tháng 11/2022, Công ty đã chính thức hoàn thành 100% kế hoạch doanh thu cả năm, đạt 6.005 tỷ đồng, CTCP Đầu tư và Thương mại TNG vừa cập nhật tình hình kết quả kinh doanh tháng 10 với doanh thu tiêu thụ đạt xấp xỉ 570 tỷ đồng, tăng 23%; ợi nhuận sau thuế  đạt 25,9 tỷ đồng, tăng 7% so với cùng kỳ tháng 10/2021.

Lũy kế 10 tháng đầu năm, TNG ghi nhận doanh thu tiêu thụ đạt 5.828 tỷ đồng, tăng 28% so với cùng kỳ và hoàn thành 97% kế hoạch doanh thu năm 2022. Kết quả, TNG báo lãi 256 tỷ đồng, tăng 60,6 tỷ đồng so với cùng kỳ, tương ứng với mức tăng 31%, hoàn thành 92% kế hoạch lợi nhuận năm.

Đồng thời, TNG cho biết kết thúc 8 ngày làm việc của tháng 11 năm 2022, Công ty đã chính thức hoàn thành 100% kế hoạch doanh thu năm 2022, đạt 6.005 tỷ đồng, về đích trước thời hạn là 53 ngày so với kế hoạch.

Công ty cũng đã chi trả hơn 139 tỷ đồng tiền gốc và lãi trái phiếu kỳ thứ 12 của trái phiếu TNG119007. Như vậy, Công ty đã hoàn thành mọi nghĩa vụ đối với trái phiếu TNG119007 và thực hiện thành công thủ tục hủy đăng ký trái phiếu do đến thời gian đáo hạn.

Thông tin có liên quan, ngày 16/11, CTCK Mirrae Asset thông báo bán giải chấp 97.000 cổ phiếu của ông Nguyễn Đức Mạnh, Tổng giám đốc TNG.

Lãnh đạo TNG cho biết, đây là số cổ phiếu ông Mạnh repo để mua cổ phiếu ESOP trong đợt phát hành đầu năm nay. Hiện tài khoản chứng khoán của ông Mạnh không còn vay nợ ký quỹ.

Sau khi trường hợp giải chấp cổ phiếu của ông Mạnh xảy ra, TNG đã yêu cầu các lãnh đạo của Công ty rà soát và báo cáo tình trạng tài khoản đầu tư cũng như vay ký quỹ trên tài khoản chứng khoán (nếu có). Kết quả cho thấy, các lãnh đạo TNG không repo cổ phiếu của Công ty tại các CTCK. Việc cổ phiếu TNG giảm giá thời gian qua là do ảnh hưởng chung trên thị trường chứng khoán.

Trên thị trường, TNG tiếp tục tăng mạnh hơn 8% sau phiên tăng trần hôm qua (16/11). Hiện, mã này được giao dịch quanh mức 11.400 đồng/cp.
