Kết phiên 15/11, NLG (HM:NLG) “xanh lơ” tại 17.650 đồng/cp, ước tính, tổng giá trị giao dịch của gia đình chủ tịch Nam Long và đơn vị liên quan đạt 86,4 tỷ đồng. Ông Nguyễn Xuân Quang, Chủ tịch HĐQT CTCP Đầu tư Nam Long (HOSE: NLG) đăng ký mua vào 1 triệu cổ phiếu NLG từ ngày 18/11 đến ngày 17/12.

Cùng thời gian , 2 con trai của ông Quang là Nguyễn Hiệp và Nguyễn Nam đều đăng ký mua vào mỗi người 1,7 triệu cổ phiếu.

Nếu thành công, ông Quang nâng số lượng nắm giữ lên 47,4 triệu cổ phiếu; ông Nguyễn Hiệp sẽ nâng tỷ lệ sở hữu lên 0,79%, tương ứng hơn 3 triệu cổ phiếu và ông Nguyễn Nam nắm gần 2,4 triệu cổ phiếu, tỷ lệ 0,62%.

Công ty TNHH Đầu tư Tân Hiệp do ông Quang làm Chủ tịch cũng đăng ký mua vào 500.000 cổ phiếu từ ngày 18/11 đến 17/12.

Như vậy, ông Quang cùng 2 con trai và công ty liên quan đăng ký mua vào tổng cộng 4,9 triệu cổ phiếu NLG. Sau giao dịch, Tân Hiệp nắm 2,7 triệu cổ phiếu, tỷ lệ 0,7%.

Kết phiên 15/11, NLG “xanh lơ” tại mức 17.650 đồng/cp, đây cũng là thị giá thấp nhất của cổ phiếu Nam Long trong 2 năm gần nhất. Chiếu theo mức này, tổng giá trị 4 thương vụ trên rơi vào khoảng 86,4 tỷ đồng.

Trước đó, từ ngày 14/10 đến 11/11, 4 cổ đông trên đã đăng ký mua tổng cộng 7 triệu cổ phiếu NLG nhưng chỉ gom thành công 2,1 triệu đơn vị.
