Sau thông tin Đầu tư Nam Long muốn giảm vốn điều lệ, cổ phiếu NLG (HM:NLG) bật trần trong phiên sáng nay 21/11 lên mức 23.050 đồng/cp. HĐQT CTCP Đầu tư Nam Long (HOSE: NLG) mới đây đã thông qua chủ trương mua lại cổ phiếu quỹ, tổng giá trị tối đa là 1.000 tỷ đồng, được trích từ nguồn lợi nhuận chưa phân phối của công ty.

Tại thời điểm 30/9/2022, lợi nhuận sau thuế chưa phân phối của NLG là hơn 2.171 tỷ đồng. Quy mô vốn điều lệ của Nam Long ở thời điểm hiện tại là 3.829 tỷ đồng. Phần lợi nhuận tích luỹ được qua các năm hiện tương đương gần 57% vốn điều lệ của doanh nghiệp bất động sản này.

Nếu giao dịch hoàn tất ở mức tối đa, lợi nhuận sau thuế chưa phân phối của NLG sẽ giảm xuống còn hơn 1.171 tỷ đồng. Đồng thời, NLG giảm vốn điều lệ về mức 2.839 tỷ đồng và tiêu hủy lượng cổ phiếu đã mua lại tương ứng. Quy mô vốn của Nam Long sẽ trở lại ngang thời điểm quý II/2021.

Sau thông tin doanh nghiệp muốn giảm vốn điều lệ, cổ phiếu NLG bật trần trong phiên sáng nay 21/11.Tạm chiếu theo mức giá hiện tại của NLG (23.050 đồng/cp), NLG có thể mua vào hơn 43,3 triệu cổ phiếu quỹ. 

Về hoạt động kinh doanh, NLG trong 9 tháng đầu năm 2022 ghi nhận tổng doanh thu và lợi nhuận gộp lần lượt đạt 2,710 tỷ đồng và 1,170 tỷ đồng, gấp 3.4 lần và 5 lần so với cùng kỳ 2021.

Trong đó, doanh thu của Công ty chủ yếu đến từ việc bàn giao các dự án, cụ thể dự án Flora Akari đóng góp 759 tỷ đồng; Valora Southgate đóng góp 1,389 tỷ đồng; Ehome Southgate đóng góp 263 tỷ đồng; và Flora Novia đóng góp 134 tỷ đồng.

Trong tháng 11 này, NLG sẽ mở bán phân khu Central Park thuộc đại dự án Khu đô thị Waterpoint, Long An, dự kiến doanh số đạt khoảng 700 tỷ đồng. Đến tháng 12, Công ty sẽ tiếp tục mở bán Phase 2Ccủa dự án Izumi City với doanh số ước tính khoảng 750 tỷ đồng.

Ngoài ra, trong giai đoạn cuối năm 2022, NLG sẽ thực hiện chuyển nhượng 50% vốn góp tại dự án Paragon Đại Phước cho đối tác Nhật Bản là Nishi Nippon Railroad và một số đối tác chiến lược khác. Doanh thu từ thương vụ chuyển nhượng ước tính vào khoảng 1.300 tỷ đồng, lãi sau thuế 350 tỷ đồng.
