Công ty TNHH Paragon Đại Phước - chủ dự án Khu đô thị Nam Long Đại Phước (Paragon Đại Phước) - hiện có vốn điều lệ gần 1.678 tỷ đồng và Đầu tư Nam Long (NLG (HM:NLG)) vừa chuyển nhượng thành công 25% vốn doanh nghiệp này. CTCP Đầu tư Nam Long (Mã NLG - HOSE) thông báo đã hoàn tất thủ tục chuyển nhượng 25% vốn điều lệ của Công ty TNHH Paragon Đại Phước - chủ dự án Khu đô thị Nam Long Đại Phước (Paragon Đại Phước).

Được biết, doanh nghiệp này hiện có vốn điều lệ gần 1.678 tỷ đồng. Giá trị chuyển nhượng không được tiết lộ.

Trước đó năm 2018, Nam Long đã góp vốn để thành lập Công ty TNHH Paragon Đại Phước nhằm đầu tư Khu đô thị Nam Long Đại Phước rộng hơn 45 ha tại Nhơn Trạch, Đồng Nai.

Đến ngày 30/9/2022, Đầu tư Nam Long đang sở hữu 100% vốn của doanh nghiệp này. Sau khi hoàn tất chuyển nhượng, cơ cấu cổ đông của Paragon Đại Phước tại thời điểm cuối tháng 12/2022 gồm: Nam Long (75%), CTCP Đầu tư Thái Bình (21,6%) và Công ty TNHH Đầu tư Tân Hiệp (3,4%).

Trước đó công ty cho biết có kế hoạch chuyển nhượng 50% vốn tại dự án Paragon Đại Phước; bên nhận chuyển nhượng là đối tác Nhật Bản - Nishi Nippon Railroad.

Thương vụ dự kiến đem về doanh thu 1.300 tỷ đồng và lợi nhuận sau thuế 350 tỷ đồng cho công ty, ghi nhận ngay trong năm 2022.

Đặc biệt, trong giai đoạn 2023 - 2024, Nam Long có thể tiếp tục bán vốn dự án tại Izumi City (Đồng Nai) hoặc giai đoạn 2, dự án Waterpoint (Long An).

Về kết quả kinh doanh, 9 tháng năm 2022, công ty ghi nhận doanh thu đạt 2.710 tỷ đồng - gấp 3,5 lần mức ghi nhận trong cùng thời điểm năm 2021. Tuy vậy doanh thu tài chính giảm, chi phí tài chính tăng cao và không có khoản thu nhập khác 430 tỷ đồng như cùng kỳ dẫn tới lợi nhuận trước thuế của NLG còn 365 tỷ đồng giảm 47% YoY; lãi sau thuế giảm 61% còn 276 tỷ.

Kết quả này khiến Nam Long Invest còn cách rất xa chỉ tiêu lãi trước thuế 1.526 tỷ đồng đã đặt ra cho cả năm.

Tuy nhiên, với việc ghi nhận khoản thu lớn từ thương vụ chuyển nhượng một phần tại Paragon Đại Phước, dự phòng lợi nhuận quý 4/2022 của NLG có thể tích cực hơn nhiều so với các quý trước đó.

Trên thị tường chứng khoán, kết phiên 3/1/2022, cổ phiếu NLG tăng hơn 3% lên mức 31.950 đồng; tổng khối lượng khớp lệnh tính đến cuối phiên đạt hơn 2 triệu đơn vị.
