3 năm gần đây, Nam Tân Uyên (NTC (HM:NVL)) luôn duy trì mức cổ tức bằng tiền với tỷ lệ cao từ 90% trở lên. HĐQT CTCP Khu Công nghiệp Nam Tân Uyên (UPCoM: NTC) vừa thông báo ngày 15/12 sẽ chốt danh sách cổ đông để tạm ứng cổ tức năm 2022 bằng tiền.

Tỷ lệ thực hiện là 60%, tương đương cổ đông sở hữu 1 cổ phiếu sẽ nhận về 6.000 đồng. Với hơn 23,9 triệu cổ phiếu đang lưu hành, NTC phải chi khoảng 143 tỷ đồng trả cổ tức. Ngày thanh toán dự kiến là 28/6/2023.

Trong cơ cấu cổ đông của NTC, CTCP Cao su Phước Hòa (HM:PHR) là cổ đông lớn nhất với tỷ lệ sở hữu 32,85% sẽ nhận về 47 tỷ đồng. Bên cạnh đó, Tập đoàn Công nghiệp Cao su Việt Nam - CTCP (GVR (HM:GVR)) và CTCP Đầu tư Sài VRG (SIP) nắm giữ lần lượt 20,42% và 19,95% vốn tại NTC, mỗi đơn vị sẽ nhận về khoảng 29 tỷ đồng trong đợt trả cổ tức.

3 năm gần đây, NTC luôn duy trì cổ tức bằng tiền với tỷ lệ cao từ 90% trở lên. Năm 2019 tỷ lệ là 100%, năm 2020 tỷ lệ 120% và năm 2021 tỷ lệ 90%. Năm 2022, công ty dự kiến chia cổ tức với tỷ lệ 60%.
