SHB (HM:SHB) đã phát hành thành công hơn 400 triệu cổ phiếu để chi trả cổ tức năm 2021 với tỷ lệ 15%. Ủy ban Chứng khoán Nhà nước đã có văn bản xác nhận kết quả phát hành cổ phiếu để trả cổ tức năm 2021 của Ngân hàng TMCP Sài Gòn – Hà Nội (SHB, mã chứng khoán: SHB).

Gần đây, Ngân hàng Nhà nước (NHNN) có văn bản chấp thuận phương án phát hành cổ phiếu của SHB. Cụ thể, SHB đã phát hành thành công hơn 400 triệu cổ phiếu để chi trả cổ tức năm 2021 với tỷ lệ 15%, tức cổ đông sở hữu 100 cổ phiếu sẽ nhận thêm 15 cổ phiếu mới, qua đó nâng vốn điều lệ lên mức 30.674 tỷ đồng.

Được biết, việc tăng vốn điều lệ lần này nằm trong kế hoạch phát triển của SHB và đã được thông qua tại Đại hội đồng cổ đông, nhằm mục tiêu nâng cao năng lực tài chính, mở rộng quy mô cho vay, đầu tư vào công nghệ thông tin, thúc đẩy việc số hóa ngân hàng.

Nguồn vốn được sử dụng để phát hành cổ phiếu trả cổ tức là từ nguồn lợi nhuận sau thuế và sau khi trích lập các quỹ đầy đủ theo quy định pháp luật và theo báo cáo tài chính năm 2021.

 Bên cạnh đó, ngân hàng SHB cho biết đang tiến hành thủ tục theo quy định để đăng ký, lưu ký, niêm yết bổ sung số cổ phiếu phát hành và đưa vào giao dịch chính thức vào cuối tháng 12/2022.

Mới đây, SHB cũng đã thông báo giảm lãi suất lên tới 2%/năm cho các khách hàng cá nhân và doanh nghiệp trong các lĩnh vực ưu tiên, sản xuất kinh doanh các mặt hàng thiết yếu, nhu yếu phẩm,… Cụ thể, từ giữa tháng 11, SHB đã triển khai chương trình hỗ trợ giảm lãi suất từ 1,5% đến 2%/năm cho khách hàng cá nhân và doanh nghiệp.
