Hồi tháng 10/2022, Nhà Khang Điền (HM:KDH) đã bảo lãnh cho Nhà Khang Phúc vay tối đa 1.220 tỷ đồng. CTCP Đầu tư và Kinh doanh Nhà Khang Điền (HOSE: KDH) vừa thông qua nghị quyết về việc bảo lãnh công ty con vay vốn ngân hàng.

Cụ thể, KDH cam kết bảo lãnh nghĩa vụ trả nợ, nghĩa vụ thanh toán thay cho Công ty TNHH MTV Đầu tư Kinh doanh Nhà Khang Phúc tại Ngân hàng TMCP Phương Đông - Chi nhánh quận 4 với số tiền vay 930 tỷ đồng.

Mục đích khoản vay để thanh toán chi phí nộp tiền sử dụng đất giai đoạn 1 của Dự án Khu nhà ở 11A, xã Bình Hưng, huyện Bình Chánh, TP.HCM.

Trước đó, hồi tháng 10/2022, KDH cũng bảo lãnh cho Nhà Khang Phúc vay tối đa 1.220 tỷ đồng để thanh toán chi phí nộp tiền thuê đất tối đa là 420 tỷ đồng theo thông báo nộp tiền thuê đất của Cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền và thanh toán chi phí đầu tư và xây dựng hạ tầng kỹ thuật dự án khu công nghiệp Lê Minh Xuân mở rộng giai đoạn 1 do Khang Phúc làm chủ đầu tư tối đa 800 tỷ đồng.

Nhà Khang Phúc hoạt động trong lĩnh vực bất động sản, xây dựng nhà, đầu tư xây dựng, kinh doanh hạ tầng Khu công nghiệp. Theo báo cáo tài chính, tính tới ngày 30/9/2022, Nhà Khang Điền sở hữu 100% vốn tại Nhà Khang Phúc.
