Đêm qua Thị trường chứng khoán Mỹ chứng kiến một phiên giảm tương đối. Dow Jones giảm 0.46%, còn 32,001 điểm, S&P 500 giảm 1.06% còn 3,719.89, Nasdaq giảm 1.73% còn 10,342.94 điểm.

9h22 thị trường chứng khoán châu Á đỏ xanh lẫn lộn. Trong khi Nikkei 225 giảm mạnh 2.03%, Taiwan Weighted giảm 0.35%, IDX Composite giảm 0.02%, ShangHai lại tăng 1.45%, Hang Seng tăng 3.88%. KOSPI tăng 0.19%, S&P/ASX200 tăng 0.33%.

Chỉ số phái sinh VN30F2211 mở phiên ATO giảm mạnh 5.9 điểm từ 1,001.1 điểm giảm xuống 995.2 điểm.

VN-Index đang giảm khá mạnh 14.41 điểm (1.41%) còn 1,005.04 điểm. VN30 giảm mạnh hơn, giảm 20.39 điểm (1.99%) còn 1,003.41 điểm. HNX-Index giảm 0.84 điểm (0.4%) còn 209.9 điểm, UPCoM giảm 0.07 điểm (0.09%) còn 75.59 điểm. Trên sàn HOSE tỷ lệ số cổ phiếu tăng giá/số cổ phiếu giảm giá là 48 (2 cổ phiếu  trần)/253 (3 cổ phiếu sàn).

Điều đặc biệt tới 9h45, VN-Index đã giảm hơn 22 điểm, mất mốc 1,000 điểm, trong khi chỉ có 1,400 tỷ được rót vào sàn HOSE. Dòng tiền đã liên tục bị rút ra do các chính sách điều hành vĩ mô cũng như nội tại thị trường chứng khoán không thuận lợi trong ngắn cũng như trung hạn.

Rổ VN30 có 29 cổ phiếu giảm giá. Cổ phiếu tăng duy nhất là BID tăng 1.1%. Ngân hàng TMCP Đầu tư và Phát triển Việt Nam (BIDV (HM:BID)) cũng vừa công bố báo cáo kết quả kinh doanh quý 3-2022, với khoản lợi nhuận sau thuế tăng hơn 152% so với cùng kỳ năm trước, lên mức 5,350 tỉ đồng.

Tính chung ba quý đầu năm, ngân hàng thu về hơn 14,190 tỷ đồng lợi nhuận sau thuế, gấp 1.7 lần so với cùng kỳ năm trước.

Ba cổ phiếu giảm mạnh nhất trong rổ VN30 VJC (HM:VJC), PDR (HM:PDR), NVL (HM:NVL) với tỷ lệ giảm 4.6%, 6.9%, 7%. Ngành Bất động sản đang hoạt động khá kém, giảm mạnh nhất thị trường với mức giảm 3.04%. Ngoài NVL, PDR sàn, CEO giảm 4.41%, DIG (HM:DIG) giảm 6.18%, HDC (HM:HDC) giảm 5.33%, HPX giảm 5.66%, IJC (HM:IJC) giảm 5.3%, NLG (HM:NLG) giảm 5.13%. Dòng họ VIG giảm khá mạnh, VHM (HM:VHM) giảm 3.33%, VRE (HM:VRE) giảm 3.27%, VIC (HM:VIC) giảm 2.72%.

Hôm qua, theo Thống đốc Ngân hàng Nhà nước Nguyễn Thị Hồng, tín dụng bất động sản tiềm ẩn rủi ro vì yêu cầu về tín dụng đối với lĩnh vực này thường dài hạn và với số tiền lớn. Cần phải kiểm soát thận trọng tín dụng bất động sản.
