Cổ phiếu bất động sản đi đầu giảm điểm từ sớm. Sắc đỏ chủ đạo vẫn chiếm lĩnh nhóm ngành này tương tự như các phiên gần đây. Các ông lớn như VIC (HM:VIC), VHM (HM:VHM), BCM (HM:BCM), VRE (HM:VRE) giảm mạnh tạo áp lực lớn lên chỉ số chính VN-Index. NVL (HM:NVL) tiếp tục chuỗi giảm sàn.
